Food compression apparatus
An apparatus for compressing food includes a receptacle for receiving the food, a lever coupled to the receptacle, a piston, and a rack-and-pinion assembly coupled to the lever and to the piston such that actuation of the lever is converted by the rack-and-pinion assembly into movement of the piston into and out of the receptacle.
Dual function garlic press
A dual function garlic press comprises an upper handle having a plunger, a lower handle having a receiving chamber and a cutter grid. The cutter grid is pivotally connected to the first side of plunger. The upper handle is rotatable in relation to the lower handle about a vertical axis between a first position where the first side of the plunger faces towards the receiving chamber when the upper handle and the lower handle are at the close position, and a second position where the second side of the plunger is juxtaposed to the bottom of the receiving chamber when the upper handle and the lower handle are at the close position to crush the item in the receiving chamber.
Manually Activated Fruit Press
A manual fruit press has first and second lever arms and a joint connecting first ends of the lever arms to each other. The second ends of the lever arms opposite the joint have handgrip pieces. The first lever arm has a cup-shaped depression forming a strainer with support block and arranged between handgrip piece and joint. The second lever arm has a press element as an integrated molded component thereof. The press element is a cup-shaped depression projecting downward beyond the handgrip piece of the second lever arm. The press element, when the first and second lever arms are moved toward each other, is lowered toward the support block of the strainer and exerts pressure on a piece of fruit inserted into the pressing chamber between strainer and press element. A collection cup is releasably connected below the strainer to the first lever arm or the strainer.
Juicer
A juicer including a juicing device and a driving device adapted for driving a juicing device, the juicing device includes a container and a roller being rotatably mounted inside the container, the roller is adapted to be driven by the driving device, the roller includes first and second cutting plates being projected outwardly from an outer surface of the roller, a juice outlet and a residue outlet are positioned on a container wall, a plurality of cutting plate receivers is arranged on the outer surface of the roller and is adapted for allowing the first and second cutting plates to be slidingly mounted inside the cutting plate receivers, the first cutting plate includes at least one cutting member having a convex structure mounted on a surface of the first cutting plate.
KITCHEN APPLIANCE
A kitchen appliance made of metal which can be aluminum, stainless steel or copper. The diameter is between 3.5-5.5 inches with a height between 2-3 inches. The base has a plurality of holes, each hole measuring between 1/32- inches in diameter. The appliance has a dull and simple finish, is small, lightweight and easy to store. It is useable for the following functions: a container for holding food, particularly cut fruits, grains and the like; a steamer; a strainer (grains lentils, pasta and the like); a food server; a separator for egg yoks from egg whites; a spoon rest; ad a cup base or cup holder.
Disposable Combined Squeezer/Stirrer/Dispenser/Brewer Device
A disposable packaging form is provided for brewed, hot drinks. The invention allows a user to brew the hot drink, squeeze out the brewed contents, and stir the contents of the hot drink. Each action can be performed multiple times before disposal. In some embodiments, the device of the present invention dispenses sweeteners, creamers, flavorings and condiments. The present invention frees the user of the inconvenience of having to collect, wash, or dispose of the stirrers, squeezers and bags of the hot drink individually.
Nutmilk Extraction Device
A portable, unpowered, inexpensive, personal nut milk extraction device that maximizes the amount of milk that can be extracted from a nut such as an almond. It utilizes a collection vessel with a hanging filter bag that is twistably compressed by a series of polymer straps operatively engaged by a twistable cap on the vessel. An over-torque device prevents the filter bag and polymer straps from damage.
Plant mixture processing systems
A processing system for processing plant mixture into milk and pulp preferably includes a filter, a plunger mechanism, and a ring funnel. The processing system may also include a pulp catcher.
FILTERING BEAKER, KIT AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING A LIQUID EMULSION
The invention refers to filtering beaker for producing a liquid emulsion comprising a tubular main body and a filtering body removably attachable to the main body. The filtering body is or comprises a base covering a cross-section of the filtering beaker. The filtering beaker comprises at least one filtering area for filtering and emulsifying a liquid emulsion being produced with the filtering beaker. The invention further refers to a related filtering kit and to a related device for producing a liquid emulsion.
DOUBLE-HINGED FOOD PRESS DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD
A double-hinged food press for extruding foodstuff through a grate and operational by hand while held aloft or placed on a work surface. An upward-curved plunger handle, combined with a receiver handle designed to rest on the surface, positions the press for the operation. Rollers enable the grate to be snapped smoothly over risers into and out of recesses in the receiver without undue wear and resulting loss of integrity. A raised lip of resilient material surrounding a plunger face further ensures a tight fit between the plunger and receiver cup. Resilient material between the plunger face and the hinge barrel of the grate ensures a tight fit between the two. Hinge pins may be removed by the user for replacement of the grate. Bosses can extend from the receiver unit for support on the surface to assist in operation of the press. An attachable paddle can be used to collect extruded material and to scrape it from the grate.
