SUGAR REDUCTION OF FOOD PRODUCTS
A food processing apparatus (10) is disclosed for reducing a sugar content of a food product (1). The food processing apparatus comprises a food processing compartment (30) including a blade arrangement (28) and a fluid release valve (37); a base (20) including a motor (22) arranged to drive the blade arrangement; a heating arrangement (40, 42) for heating a food product in the food processing compartment with steam, the heating arrangement comprising a water tank (40) in fluid communication with the food processing compartment (30) and a heating element (42) thermally coupled to said water tank and under control of said controller (60; and a controller (60) arranged to control the motor and the heating element. The controller is arranged to control the heating element such as to heat the food product in the food processing arrangement with steam for a defined period of time; and control the motor to blend the food product upon termination of the heating of the food product for said defined period of time and upon releasing steam condensate generated during the heating of the food product from the food processing compartment through said fluid release valve. Also disclosed is a method of for reducing a sugar content of a food product (1) with such a food processing apparatus.
SUGAR REDUCTION OF FOOD PRODUCTS
A food processing apparatus (10) is disclosed for reducing a sugar content of a food product (1). The food processing apparatus comprises a food processing compartment (30) including a blade arrangement (28) and a fluid release valve (37); a base (20) including a motor (22) arranged to drive the blade arrangement; a heating arrangement (40, 42) for heating a food product in the food processing compartment with steam, the heating arrangement comprising a water tank (40) in fluid communication with the food processing compartment (30) and a heating element (42) thermally coupled to said water tank and under control of said controller (60; and a controller (60) arranged to control the motor and the heating element. The controller is arranged to control the heating element such as to heat the food product in the food processing arrangement with steam for a defined period of time; and control the motor to blend the food product upon termination of the heating of the food product for said defined period of time and upon releasing steam condensate generated during the heating of the food product from the food processing compartment through said fluid release valve. Also disclosed is a method of for reducing a sugar content of a food product (1) with such a food processing apparatus.

A separator and two methods of separating are described. The method can include grinding material in blender container; placing the separator on the blender base, turning the blender on, and pouring the ground material into the funnel OR placing the peeler component into the cup, turning the blender on, and pouring water and material to be peeled through the funnel.

The present disclosure provides a spiral blade, a grinding component and a food processor. The spiral blade includes: a spiral blade body, and the spiral blade body includes a feeding area used for feeding, a grinding area connected with the feeding area and a discharging area connected with the grinding area; and a plurality of spiral ribs are arranged on the grinding area, and a cleaning structure is arranged on the discharging area. The spiral blade is applied to the food processor and is only used for grinding food rather than extruding juice and discharging residues, therefore its structure is relatively simple, meanwhile, as a cleaning structure is arranged on the discharging area, the cleaning structure can be used for pushing the crushed food to a predetermined area.

Disclosed is a screw squeezer comprising a pressing core column body, a pressure-bearing filter cup body and a juice collecting cup body, where spiral grooves are configured on the pressing core column body, protruding limiting blocks are arranged at the pressure-bearing filter cup body, and the pressure-bearing filter cup body is configured with several filter holes. The present disclosure processes ingredients into proper sizes, and places the processed ingredients into the pressure-bearing filter cup body, a pressing handle and a pressure-bearing handle are pushed and pressed in a direction close to each other, juice of the ingredients to be squeezed is separated out under a pressing action force of the pressing core column body, and leaks into the juice collecting cup body from the filter holes at the pressure-bearing filter cup body, and the juice collecting cup body is rotated and removed to obtain the squeezed juice.
