A tool usable for working on high voltage lines including a hot stick and a tape dispenser attached to or incorporated in or on the hot stick. In some aspects, the hot stick further comprises an angle arm that may facilitate application of tape to the high voltage line. A puncture repair kit includes a container in which puncture repair liquid is contained, a compressor that supplies compressed air, a pressurization hose connected between a pressurizing port of the container and the compressor, and an injection hose connected between an outlet of the container and a tire valve, and further includes a holding fixture that holds an attitude of the container such that the container is in an inverted state in a state in which the container with the outlet being on a lower side is connected to the tire valve via the injection hose and is pendent from the tire valve.

A repair device and method for repairing damage around the leading edge of a wind turbine blade (20) are provided. The repair device includes a robotic maintenance device (40) and an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) (62) that can move the maintenance device (40) between a storage position and an operation position, the former being mounted on a blade (20) of the wind turbine (10). The UAV (62) hovers and remains connected to the maintenance device (40) during operations at the blade (20) to minimize a total operational downtime needed to conduct the repair actions. The UAV (62) is secured to the maintenance device (40) by at least one support line (68) that carries the weight load of the maintenance device (40) and at least two control lines (72) that prevent undesired rotations of the maintenance device (40), thereby improving precision and accuracy of UAV-driven movements of the maintenance device (40). A transport container (24) may also be provided to define the storage position, the transport container (24) including an elongated slot (70) for guiding movement of the lines (68, 72) and the maintenance device (40) during movements into and out of a storage space within the container (24).

The present invention provides methods for the manufacture of body line templates, and for the use of those templates to repair the body lines of motor vehicle body panels. The present invention improves body line repair by restoring body lines more precisely and in the fraction of time it would typically take. Templates are often used in the industry to cut and forge body panels or body panel pieces, but not for repairing body lines. The original pattern for a body line template is made from an undamaged, perfectly contoured panel, such as a quarter panel, door panel or fender. The body line templates are used as a guide to restore the original shape of the body line on a damaged body panel. The templates are also used as a guide to more easily perfect the body lines by manipulating the applied body filler. In this way, repair time can be reduced by fifty, or as much as seventy-five, percent.
