ANTI-GRAFFITI LAMINATE WITH VISUAL INDICIA
An anti-graffiti window film covering system that includes multiple polymeric film layers. Each layer includes a unique visual indicia to identify the number of sheets remaining in the system.
LAMINATED SUBSTRATE USING FIBER-REINFORCED THERMOPLASTIC PLASTIC, AND MOLDED PRODUCT MANUFACTURING METHOD USING SAME
Provided is a laminated substrate wherein a sheet-shaped material with a porosity of 50-99% is laminated onto at least one surface of a prepreg substrate which includes a reinforcing fiber and a thermoplastic resin.
INCISED PREPREG, CROSS-PLY LAMINATE, AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR INCISED PREPREG
An intermediate base material is provided that is excellent in the conformity to three-dimensional shapes and that, when formed into a fiber reinforced plastic, develops good surface quality and high mechanical properties.
According to one aspect, an incised prepreg is provided that has, in at least a partial region in a prepreg that contains unidirectionally oriented reinforcing fibers and a resin, a plurality of incisions that divide reinforcing fibers, wherein, in the case where a population is made up of the numbers of incisions contained in ten small circular regions of 10 mm in diameter randomly selected in the aforementioned region, a mean value for the population is 10 or greater and a coefficient of variation therefor is within 20%.
Bearing, Traction or Drive Element Made of an Elastomer Material Having Embedded Electronic Components
A band or belt designed as an elongate bearing, traction or drive element running around rollers or pulleys and made of an elastomer material, and preferably provided with embedded reinforcing elements or tension members extending in the longitudinal direction of the band or belt, having the following features: the band or the belt has one or more elongate tubular receptacles embedded in the elastomer material, in the cavity of which electronic components are arranged, preferably sensors, signal processing or control devices and/or transmission devices, the tubular receptacles are embedded in the elastomer material in such a way that their longitudinal axis or the direction of their greatest extent is oriented substantially transversely to the main bending direction of the band or belt.
PREPREG LAMINATE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FIBER-REINFORCED PLASTIC USING PREPREG LAMINATE, AND FIBER-REINFORCED PLASTIC
A prepreg laminate is provided which includes: a woven fabric prepreg on at least one surface layer; and a discontinuous fiber prepreg; the woven fabric prepreg including reinforcing fibers R.sub.1 having a woven structure, and a thermosetting resin A, the discontinuous fiber prepreg including unidirectionally oriented discontinuous reinforcing fibers R.sub.2 and a thermosetting resin B, the thermosetting resin A and the thermosetting resin B satisfying the following calorific value condition: calorific value condition: when each of the thermosetting resin A and the thermosetting resin B is heated using a differential scanning calorimeter from 50° C. to 130° C. at 700° C./min under a nitrogen atmosphere followed by retention at 130° C. until completion of thermal curing reaction, Tb−Ta>30, wherein Ta (s): time required for the calorific value of the thermosetting resin A to reach 50% of the gross calorific value of the thermosetting resin A; Tb (s): time required for calorific value of the thermosetting resin B to reach 50% of gross calorific value of the thermosetting resin B.
TOUCH FASTENER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
There is provided a touch fastener that has high followability to the relative movement of portions to be engaged and does not easily separate from a mating member, and thus is usable in a wider range of applications. In the touch fastener, all the elements, that is, first strands, second strands, and engagement elements are formed of a thermoplastic elastomer. Further, the plurality of first strands and the plurality of second strands are disposed to intersect with each other, and consequently, hole portions each surrounded by the two adjacent first strands and the two adjacent second strands are provided. Accordingly, it has a high elastic function, easily stretches, and has high followability to the relative movement of portions to be engaged.

Method for manufacturing housing and mobile terminal
A method for manufacturing a housing is disclosed. The method includes: roughening a first surface of the housing; placing the housing into a mold and performing an injection molding to form a plastic layer on the first surface and closely bonded to the housing; and defining a plurality of slots by cutting through the housing by means of milling without milling a part or all of the plastic layer, wherein the plastic layer is configured to keep a connecting portion between adjacent slots defined in the housing undeformed during the milling. A mobile terminal is also disclosed.
