APPLIANCE WITH MODIFIED PROPORTIONAL-INTEGRAL CONTROL
An electrical appliance includes a controller operatively connected to a power circuit, a control circuit, a power source, a sensor for sensing a parameter level, and an active element. The controller is configured to receive an input of the parameter level from the sensor and to output a duty cycle for controlling a power level of the active element via the control circuit at various times to achieve a target set point of the parameter, the duty cycle based on proportional and integral control. The controller uses the proportional control and the integral control when the control circuit is energized, and accumulates integral error only when a parameter process variable sensed by the sensor is determined to be within an interval of the target set point.
AUTOMATED FOOD STORAGE AND MEAL PREPARATION SYSTEM
An automated meal preparation system can include food storage matrix(es) with chute(s), food storage cartridge(s), mechanical cartridge dispenser(s), basket(s), manipulator(s), actuator(s), conveyer(s), buffer queue(s), gripper(s), catapult arm(s), cooking receptacle(s), and processor(s). A manipulator can move a basket to a chute where an actuator actuates a mechanical cartridge dispenser to pass a cartridge into the basket. The manipulator can move the cartridge to the conveyer, which moves the cartridge to a buffer queue at a conveyer gate. A gripper at the buffer queue can accept the cartridge and move it to an unpacking position where a catapult arm operates with the gripper to separate a cartridge lid from a cartridge container. The catapult arm can rotate the cartridge to empty its food into a cooking receptacle that spins while cooking the food. Processor(s) can control the motions of the manipulator, conveyer, gripper, catapult arm, and cooking receptacle.
INTEGRATED MULTIFUNCTIONAL VACUUM COOKING MACHINE
An integrated multifunctional vacuum cooking machine includes a cooking machine body, a heat conducting container, a vacuum pump set, a heating assembly, a temperature measuring assembly, and a control system. The cooking machine body includes a base and a top cover, a chamber recessed downward is formed in a top surface of the base, and the top cover is configured to open and close the chamber. The heat conducting container is disposed in the chamber, and defines a vacuum cavity with the top cover when the top cover closes the chamber. The vacuum pump set is communicated with the vacuum cavity. The heating assembly is configured to heat the vacuum cavity. The temperature measuring assembly is configured to measure a temperature of food materials. The control system is electrically connected to the vacuum pump set, the heating assembly, and the temperature measuring assembly.
Automated cooking system
A cooking assembly can include a cooking vessel, a mixer, and a motor. The cooking vessel can include a bottom contact portion including a first bore therethrough, a heating portion spaced above the bottom contact portion and including a second bore therethrough, and a sidewall connected to the heating portion and together with the heating portion configured to retain food in the cooking vessel. The mixer can be located within the cooking vessel, where the mixer configured to rotate relative to the heating portion. The motor can be connected to the mixer via the first bore and the second bore to drive the mixer to rotate.
Cooking apparatus
A cooking apparatus may include a housing having an open top surface and having a cooking space formed therein; a door provided on a top of the housing to open and close the cooking space; a container inserted into the housing, the container having an open top surface to receive food to be cooked therein; and a heating unit provided in the housing and contacting a bottom surface of the container to heat the container. The heating unit may include a heating unit body defining a support surface that supports the container; a heater provided in the heating unit body; and a rib that extends downward from the heating unit body to prevent water or foreign material from entering between the heating unit and a bottom of the housing.

Disclosed herein is a cooking system for cooking food, the system including a housing defining a hollow chamber configured to receive a food container. The housing has an upper portion defining an opening to the hollow chamber. A food container having a hollow container interior is positionable within the hollow chamber. An end of the food container extends above the upper portion of the housing when the container is installed within the hollow chamber. A lid is moveably attached to the housing and is moveable between a first position that covers the upper portion of the housing and the opening to the hollow chamber when the food container is installed within the hollow chamber and a second position where the lid does not cover the opening to the hollow chamber. At least one heating element is associated with at least one of said lid and said housing.
Automatic stir-frying device of food frying machines
An automatic stir-frying device of food frying machines is disclosed, comprising a machine body, a food frying pot, a food material stir-frying device and a master controller, wherein the food frying pot and the food material stir-frying device are respectively installed on the machine body, the food frying pot internally includes a scraper, the food material stir-frying device has a fixing frame and a track rod, a receive-send cylinder is installed on the track rod, a movable frame is fixedly mounted on the receive-send cylinder, a rotation motor is set up on the movable frame and connectively includes a stir-frying device, and the master controller is applied to control the receive-send motor and the rotation motor so as to drive the movable frame and the stir-frying device to stretch thereby entering the inside of the food frying pot to perform automatic stir-frying operations on loaded food materials and ingredients.
Load estimation device and portable power-supplying device
A load estimation device measures a voltage and a current supplied to a load connected to a portable power-supply, obtains a feature amount of the load from the voltage and the current. The device obtains a stored feature amount of each of loads, and related load information indicating a plurality of loads which are used in association with each other. The device estimates a load connected to the power-supply on the basis of the obtained feature amount and a stored feature amount, and predicts a load which is not connected to the power-supply and which is a load related to the estimated load on the basis of the related load information.
A Cooking Appliance Comprising A Heating Assembly In The Lid
A cooking appliance includes a lid and an inner pot forming a cooking space for receiving food material. The lid is arranged over the inner pot and movable between a closed position and an open position and includes a heating assembly including a heating device, a reflective plate and a light-transmission plate located below the reflective plate. The reflective plate and the light-transmission plate define a heating space in which the heating device is arranged. The heating device includes a first heating tube and a second heating tube, each having a semi-enclosed shape with an opening. The first heating tube is surrounded by the second heating tube and the opening of the first heating tube is arranged to face a body portion of the second heating tube without opening.
