A cooking and draining system includes: a vessel including a bottom and an upstanding side wall forming an interior region of the vessel and an opening opposite the bottom of the vessel, the vessel further including: a heating element located in one of the bottom and the side wall; a valve located in one of the bottom and the side wall, the valve selectively controlling outflow of fluid from the interior region of the vessel; a lid selectively sealing the opening opposite the bottom of the vessel; and a base selectively coupled to the vessel and selectively causing the heating element to heat the interior region of the vessel.
Electric cooking appliance comprising a drain support with lid
A electrical cooking appliance, in particular an electric fryer, comprising a cooking assembly, a draining support forming a draining receptacle, and a lid configured to be mounted mounted on the draining support, the electrical cooking appliance configured to assume a drain configuration in which the draining support supports the cooking assembly, the cooking assembly comprising a vessel configured for receiving a cooking bath, the vessel provided with a draining device comprising a valve configured to adopt a closed stable return position and an open position, a control member configured to move the valve into the open position when the electrical cooking appliance assumes the draining configuration. When the electrical cooking appliance adopts the draining configuration, the lid is mounted on the draining support supporting the cooking assembly, the lid is configured to provide a passage for the cooking bath to flow into the draining receptacle from the draining device.
COOKING APPARATUS
A cooking apparatus (1) according to the present invention includes an acquisition component (341), a condition determination component (343), a supply unit (20), and an operation control component (344). The supply unit includes acquisition paths (211, 221, 231) that acquire the seasoning liquids from reserve tanks (T1 to T3), return paths (212, 222, 232) that return the seasoning liquids from the acquisition paths to the reserve tanks, supply paths (213, 223, 233) that supply the seasoning liquids from the acquisition paths to the container, and connection switch units (214, 224, 234) that switch connection among the paths by being controlled by the operation control component. The operation control component connects the acquisition paths to the supply paths when the seasoning liquids are supplied to the container, and connects the acquisition paths to the return paths when the seasoning liquids are not supplied to the container.
Cooking apparatus
A cooking apparatus may include a housing having an open top surface and having a cooking space formed therein; a door provided on a top of the housing to open and close the cooking space; a container inserted into the housing, the container having an open top surface to receive food to be cooked therein; and a heating unit provided in the housing and contacting a bottom surface of the container to heat the container. The heating unit may include a heating unit body defining a support surface that supports the container; a heater provided in the heating unit body; and a rib that extends downward from the heating unit body to prevent water or foreign material from entering between the heating unit and a bottom of the housing.
Cooking system particularly for pasta, rice and bread
A cooking system for preparation of foods, comprises an oven with a microwave source and a convection heater, and a bowl with a stirrer; the system further comprises at least a couple of interchangeable bowls, a plastic bowl being configured to be used when microwave source is in an activated configuration and a metal bowl being configured to be used when heater is in an activated configuration.
Cooking Apparatus
An apparatus for cooking noodles is disclosed herein. The apparatus permits a user to cook lasagna noodles safely and effectively, while minimizing danger and minimizing the amount of work that the user must perform. More specifically, the apparatus of the present invention is for a sleeve with an interior pocket that can accommodate a lasagna noodle. Once a noodle is placed within the sleeve, the sleeve can be placed in a pot of boiling water to cook the noodle. The sleeve ensures that the noodle cooks appropriately in a variety of different pots, including smaller pots without causing the noodle to break. Moreover, the sleeve prevents the noodles form sticking to each other and to the pot. Once cooked, the noodles may be easily removed from the sleeve for consumption or additional preparation.
Multistage steaming machine
A multistage steaming machine is configured such that a steam chamber main body portion in which steam is actually supplied to a group of noodle strings is provided with: a tunnel-shaped noodle introducing portion extending from the steam chamber main body portion in an obliquely downward direction; and a tunnel-shaped noodle discharging portion similarly extending from the steam chamber main body portion in an obliquely downward direction. A vertical position of an inlet end of the noodle introducing portion and a vertical position of an outlet end of the noodle discharging portion are lower than a vertical position of a lower end portion of the steam chamber main body portion.
PASTA COOKING APPLIANCE
Pasta cooking appliance (1) comprising: a self-supporting cabinet (2); an open-top cooking basin (3) which is recessed on the top of the cabinet (2) and is dimensioned to contain several liters of water; heating device (4) which is adapted to selectively heat up the water contained in the cooking basin (3) so as to bring the same water to boil; an overflow drain line (15) which is structured to drain out of the cooking basin (3) the water exceeding a given maximum level (l) inside the cooking basin (3); a sensor device (20) capable of determining when a boil-over phenomenon is taking place in the cooking basin (3); and an electronic control unit (21) which communicates with said sensor device (20) and is adapted to control the heating device (4) for selectively reducing the heat-output of the same heating device (4) when a boil-over phenomenon is taking place in the cooking basin (3).
