Embodiments include those wherein each of the inner shell and the outer shell includes a respective bottom wall and a respective side wall.

Cooking utensil having a graphite core

Provided is an article of cookware and a method of making the same. The cookware has a multi-layer bonded composite wall structure having an inner metal layer and an outer metal layer, and a core layer between the inner layer and the outer layer. The core layer has at least two perforated graphite plates, each plate having a plurality of spaced-apart holes formed therethrough, and at least one intermediate metal element disposed between the at least two perforated graphite plates and extending through the plurality of spaced-apart holes of each of the at least two perforated graphite plates. The at least one intermediate metal element is metallurgically bonded to the inner layer and the outer layer at least through the plurality of spaced-apart holes.

PRESSURE FRYER

A pressure fryer includes a cooking vessel having a cooking well having a conical bottom and a substantially vertical sidewall extending upwardly from the conical bottom. A series of vertical fins are mounted to the sidewall and spaced from one another. A series of undulating fins are mounted between the vertical fins. The pressure fryer further includes filter system having a filter vessel having a body, an inlet, an outlet and a vent line. An outer basket is disposed in the body and an inner basket is disposed in the outer basket. Sidewalls of the outer and inner basket having openings therein. A filter media is disposed between the inner basket and the outer basket. A method for filtering used cooking oil in a pressure fryer is also disclosed.

HOUSING ASSEMBLY AND COOKING APPLIANCE

The present disclosure provides a housing assembly and a cooking appliance. The housing assembly includes a metal housing and an insulating member. The metal housing takes the shape of a disconnected ring on the whole, with a notch formed at a disconnected portion of the metal housing; the insulating member connects a disconnected end of the metal housing and covers the notch so that the housing assembly forms a closed-loop open circuit structure. According to the housing assembly provided by the present disclosure, as the metal housing is disconnected, and the disconnected portion of the metal housing is connected by the insulating member, so that the housing assembly is disconnected on the circuit, therefore, the magnetic field induction of the metal housing can be weaken to reduce the temperature rise.

Multifunctional Grilling and Cooking Pot

An integrated multifunctional grill and hot pot. A grill cavity and a hot pot cavity are provided inside a housing. A grill pan is detachably placed on an opening at an upper end of the grill cavity. A side of the housing is inserted with a skewer component. A cavity wall of the grill cavity is fixedly mounted with a first heating element between the grill pan and the skewer component. The skewer component includes a gridiron. A front end of the gridiron is provided with a handle. The skewers are connected to a rotating mechanism driving the skewers to rotate relative to the gridiron. The hot pot is detachably placed at an upper end of the hot pot cavity. A second heating element located at a lower end of the hot pot is provided inside the hot pot cavity. The hot pot is heated by the second heating element.
