The tire management method is a method of managing a tire group including a plurality of tires 1 on each of which a first mark M1 and a second mark M2 are provided on specific positions of a side surface, the method including: a step of associating, with respect to each of the tires included in the tire group, specific information of the tire and mark positional information (12, r1, and r2) related to positions of the marks M1 and M2, and recording these into a computer 2; a step of acquiring mark positional information of a tire selected from the tire group; and a step of acquiring, by using the computer 2, specific information associated with the previously-acquired mark positional information.

The facility comprises a tire-building station that is configured to form an uncured tire on a core. A curing station is configured to cure the assembly formed by the core and the uncured tire so as to obtain a cured annular tire. An extraction station is configured to separate, after the curing operation, the cured tire from the core. The curing station has a first, heating, thermal source which presses against the exchange face of the core for the curing operation and is then dissociated from the core and remains in the curing station in order to leave the exchange face free again when the core and the cured tire are transferred to the extraction station so that a second, refrigerating, thermal source of the extraction station takes the place of the first thermal source in contact with the exchange face of the core so as to cool the core.

Methods for controlling curing apparatuses for tyre production, wherein the curing apparatuses are adapted to work on green tyres to obtain corresponding finished tyres by acquiring, through a processing unit, initial parameters describing at least one of the shape and dimensions of the finished tyres. The processing unit computes first parameters describing the green tyres, the first parameters having at least one parameter representative of an axial height of the green tyres; second parameters describing the curing apparatuses, the second parameters having one or more parameters representative of dimensions of the curing apparatuses; and third parameters as a function of the first parameters and the second parameters, the third parameters having one or more parameters representative of positions taken by movable members included in the curing apparatuses. The processing unit generates signals for controlling the movable members of the curing apparatuses.

Also disclosed are a curing line operating in accordance with the methods, a processing unit programmed for implementing the methods, and an electronic unit included in the processing unit.

The intermediate portion of the carcass structure is completed through n completion locations with n1 and then transferred for the subsequent assembling with a crown structure to a second transfer location. At an operating moment in which the first transfer location is occupied by a forming drum coming from the intermediate forming line or intended for the intermediate forming line, from one to n locations selected from the n completion locations and the second transfer location are occupied by respective forming drums.

METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A NON-PNEUMATIC SUPPORT STRUCTURE

A system manufactures a tire assembly.
