APPAREL AND OTHER PRODUCTS INCORPORATING A THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER MATERIAL
A yarn or thread may include a plurality of substantially aligned filaments, with at least ninety-five percent of a material of the filaments being a thermoplastic polymer material. Various woven textiles and knitted textiles may be formed from the yarn or thread. The woven textiles or knitted textiles may be thermal bonded to other elements to form seams. A strand that is at least partially formed from a thermoplastic polymer material may extend through the seam, and the strand may be thermal bonded at the seam. The woven textiles or knitted textiles may be shaped or molded, incorporated into products, and recycled to form other products.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THREE-DIMENSIONAL ARTICLES HAVING A FLEXIBLE WALL
Method for manufacturing three-dimensional articles with a flexible wall, by means of a mould (1-2) and a counter-mould (3) between which pieces (4) are arranged that will form the article to be obtained. Between the pieces (4), the mould (1-2) and counter-mould (3) a conduit network (7) and cavities (6) are delimited into which, through first points (8), a plastic material is injected in a melted condition, whereas through one or more second points (9) said conduit network is connected to a vacuum network.
Plastic footwear with inner liner and outer liner of woven or non woven fabric
A pressure injected plastic footwear is provided characterized in that comprising double liner made of fabric, one on the inside part and one on the outside part; both liners may be identical or different and provide the footwear with special characteristics such as being fire retardant, antifungal, anti-mold and hermetic to moisture and liquid water as well as thermal insulating.
Method for producing flip-flop shoe
A method is provided for integrally forming a flip-flop shoe including a sole, a vamp having a toe slot, and a rib interconnected between the sole and the vamp. A sole cavity is defined between middle and lower molds. A vamp cavity is defined between upper and middle molds. An insertion block on the upper mold is received in a slot of the middle mold and corresponds to the toe slot. A rib cavity is defined between an end of the slot and the insertion block and intercommunicates with the sole cavity and the vamp cavity. Molten plastic material is filled into the sole cavity, the vamp cavity, and the rib cavity to form an integral flip-flop shoe including the sole, the vamp, the rib, and the toe slot. The upper and lower molds are then opened, and the integral flip-flop shoe is removed from the middle mold.

COMPONENTS FOR ARTICLES OF FOOTWEAR INCLUDING LIGHTWEIGHT, SELECTIVELY SUPPORTED TEXTILE COMPONENTS
Footwear components are made from lightweight textile structures (e.g., including circular knitted structures made from natural or synthetic fibers, such as socks or sock-type structures). The textile structures are selectively supported at various areas to provide desired local characteristics. Additional aspects relate to methods of making such components, precursors to such components, and articles of footwear containing such components.

Injection molded shoe frame and method
Multiple shoe types are made from a plurality of generic molded base frames including a midsole and at least one upper portion integrally molded together. A first set of upper components is provided for forming a first shoe type secured to a first portion of the base frames and a second set of upper components is provided for forming a second shoe type secured to a second portion of the base frames. The upper portion that is integrally molded with the midsole may be a forefoot panel or a quarter. The various types formed from the generic frame include sneakers, backless shoes, slip-ons, skate shoes and boots. The generic unitary molded frame construction substantially reduces the cost of manufacture.

Shoe mold structure
A shoe mold structure contains: a base, a lower part, an upper part, a mold core, and two connecting rod assemblies. The base includes a movable space, and the lower part includes a lower cavity, a through orifice, and two guiding slots. The upper part includes an upper cavity and at least one feeding orifice, and a connecting face of the upper part and the lower part flushes with a connection section of a body and a sole of a shoe. The mold core includes a molding portion, an extension, a holding plate, and two guide plates, wherein the extension extends to the movable space from the molding portion via the through orifice. Each connecting rod assembly couples with each of the two side surfaces of the upper part and said each guide plate.
