A sealing assembly for sealing a bundle of wires includes a first sheet formed of a sealant material, a second sheet disposed above the first sheet, and a third sheet disposed above the second sheet formed of the sealant material. The second sheet includes a thermally conductive material. When the bundle of wires is overlaid on the assembly in a first direction, and the assembly is wrapped in a second direction that is generally perpendicular to the first to thereby surround the wires, the second sheet facilitates enhanced thermal energy distribution of applied heat throughout the assembly to thereby more uniformly melt the sealant material and thereby fill voids between the wires.

A system and method of additively manufacturing a part including fluorine-containing polymers and an additive. The additive may include stainless steel, bronze, molybdenum disulfide, polyimide, or any other suitable additive. The method includes depositing fluorine-containing polymer additive manufacturing material onto a build platform, selectively cross-linking portions of the deposited additive manufacturing material, and curing the selectively cross-linked portions such that at least one characteristic of the part is improved via the additive.

A plunger gasket with reduced surface contact area including a body, a first side defining a first side surface, a second side defining a second side surface, and at least one surface feature projecting outwardly from at least one of the first or second side surfaces. A sealing article includes a body and a coating layer disposed on at least one surface of the body. The body comprises a polymeric elastomer such as perfluoroelastomer or fluoroelastomer. The coating layer comprises at least one metal. The sealing article may be a seal, a gasket, an O-ring, a T-ring or any other suitable product. The sealing article is resistant to ultra-violet (UV) light and plasma, and may be used for sealing a semiconductor processing chamber.
