An absorbent core comprising substantially continuous zones of one or more high fluid distribution structures and discontinuous zones of fluid absorption structures surrounding the one or more high fluid distribution structures, wherein the one or more high fluid distribution structures are arranged to distribute fluid across the absorbent core at a speed that is faster than the speed of fluid distribution across the absorbent core by said discontinuous fluid absorption structures, and wherein said continuous zones extend along a path that is substantially parallel to at least a portion of the perimeter of the core, said portion of the perimeter of the core comprising at least a portion of the sides of the core and one of the ends of the core.

A method for manufacturing absorbent sanitary products, comprising the steps of: forming a first and a second continuous elastic band, which are movable parallel to each other in a machine direction, fixing a plurality of absorbent panels between said first and second continuous elastic bands, arranged in a direction transverse to the machine direction, and spaced apart in said machine direction, wherein each of said elastic bands is formed by means of a method comprising the steps of: continuously feeding a plurality of tensioned elastic threads (30) in said machine direction, continuously feeding a pair of non-elastic webs arranged on opposite sides of said plurality of elastic threads, welding said pair of non-elastic webs to each other by means of a welding pattern comprising anchoring welds and/or containing and guiding welds.

A method for manufacturing absorbent sanitary products, comprising the steps of: forming a first and a second continuous elastic band, which are movable parallel to each other in a machine direction, fixing a plurality of absorbent panels between said first and second continuous elastic bands, arranged in a direction transverse to the machine direction, and spaced apart in said machine direction, wherein each of said elastic bands is formed by means of a method comprising the steps of: continuously feeding a plurality of tensioned elastic threads (30) in said machine direction, continuously feeding a pair of non-elastic webs arranged on opposite sides of said plurality of elastic threads, welding said pair of non-elastic webs to each other by means of a welding pattern comprising anchoring welds and/or containing and guiding welds.
Cap and method for forming the same
A cap and a method for forming the same are provided. An integrally formed outer layer of fabric and an integrally formed moldable layer are adhesively bonded together to form a moldable panel. A curved edge of the moldable panel is then formed by a mold. After that, the moldable panel and at least one second panel are connected to form a crown, to which a peak is subsequently connected to form the cap. Once the curved edge of the moldable panel is formed by heating and pressure application through the mold, the integrally formed moldable layer keeps the moldable panel in shape, so there is no need to support the outer layer of fabric and curve, for example, the front panel with two pieces of buckram that are stitched together, as is conventionally required.

This application is generally directed to articles including cage structures and related systems and methods. The cage structures have utility in footwear and apparel (e.g., articles of clothing, braces, accessories). In some cases, the article is a footwear article. In some cases, the article is an article of apparel. In some embodiments, the article includes a textile. In some embodiments, the article includes a cage structure (e.g., comprising a polymer) attached to a substrate (e.g., a textile). In some embodiments, the interface of attachment between the substrate and the cage structure is substantially free of an adhesive.

CAP AND METHOD FOR FORMING THE SAME
A cap and a method for forming the same are provided. An integrally formed outer layer of fabric and an integrally formed moldable layer are adhesively bonded together to form a moldable front panel. An absorbent article includes a novel design printing portion suitable for a stretchable region. An absorbent article has an elastic film stretchable structure, in which an elastic film is stacked between a first sheet layer and a second sheet layer. The first sheet layer and the second sheet layer are bonded together directly or through the elastic film by a large number of sheet bonded portions arranged at intervals. A region having the elastic film stretchable structure includes a stretchable region. The stretchable region is contracted in a stretchable direction by a contraction force of the elastic film is extensible in the stretchable direction. A design printing portion is provided in a portion located in the stretchable region in the elastic film.
Method for producing electrical insulation products made of synthetic polyisoprene (IR) and similar products
According to this procedure, these steps are made: a) immersing a shaped mold (4) in a dipping process in a liquid synthetic polyisoprene (IR) (synthetic latex), wherein the shaped mold (4) has previously been treated with coagulation agent (coagulants) or thermally treated, b) after the immersion, the synthetic polyisoprene layer is left on the shaped mold (4) and is freed from all salts with water, c) thereafter, the synthetic polyisoprene layer together with the shaped mold (4) is vulcanized in an oven, d) the synthetic polyisoprene layer is removed from the mold (4), e) the salts precipitated by the vulcanization on the synthetic polyisoprene molded body (11) are washed off with water and a chlorine-containing solution, f) the synthetic polyisoprene molded body (11) is halogenated to neutralize its pH and to increase its suppleness in contact with body skin with a halogenating solution, g) the synthetic polyisoprene molded body (11) is dried. The electro-protective gloves thus produced are much more comfortable to wear, provide better insulation, even with thinner wall thickness, and they are more durable.
