Shelving components tree system and method
Articles of manufacture, systems, and methods for arranging and securing a plurality of components used to assemble a product are provided. A component tree may include a plurality of components. The plurality of components may include an interlocking tee, a top cap, an adjustable foot, a foot adjuster and a wall bracket. A plurality of connecting means configured to couple each component of the plurality of components to an adjacent component of the plurality of components may be included. The plurality of components may be sequentially positioned along a length of the component tree in a predetermined order.
FULLY RECYCLABLE CONTAINER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A fully recyclable container and a method of manufacturing the same is provided. The container includes a cap, a shoulder, a body, a base, and a liner. The cap, the shoulder, and the base are made of biodegradable plastic by injection molding while the body is made of waterproof paper. The cap, the shoulder, and the base are detachably connected to form a housing of the container. The liner is formed inside the housing by blow molding of biodegradable plastic. The respective components of the container are completely made of biodegradable or bio-decomposable material and able to be disassembled for sorting and recycling. Thereby the fully recyclable container completely meets requirements of environmental protection and recycling.
Method of producing a device for protecting a beverage straw
A method of producing a device for protecting a beverage straw is provided. The method includes the steps of providing an outer body mold for use with an epoxy resin to form an outer body of the device. An inner cavity is then bored into the outer body of the device to receive a beverage straw. Finally, a fastener is attached to the device to allow a user quick and convenient access to the device when on the go.

Pressure dome cap
Thermoformed polyester resin closures for closing containers, the polyester resins including polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene furandicarboxylate (PEF), or a copolymer including PET and PEF, are provided herein. Methods of making the thermoformed closures are further provided. Methods of sterilizing the thermoformed closures are further provided.
Device for testing a connection of a guarantee strip of a security seal of a closure lid having a lid main body
A device for testing a connection of a guarantee strip of a security seal of a closure lid having a lid main body, which device comprises a driver element for gripping the guarantee strip and a stop element for the lid main body. The driver element and the stop element are movable relative to each other such that a tear-off force can be exerted on the guarantee strip. The device also comprises a force-measuring device, for measuring the tear-off force during the relative movement of the guarantee strip and the lid main body, and a separating device for severing the guarantee strip after it has been tom off from the lid main body. The device can be operated in a fully automatic manner and can be integrated in a system for producing closure lids having guarantee strips.
Apparatus and method to produce closing systems for containers
An apparatus (10) and a method are described for producing a closing system (100) for containers comprising an anti-tampering strip (101) configured to be attached to an opening of a container, and a re-closable closing body (102), configured to hermetically close said containers. The apparatus (10) comprises a welding and deformation station (11) in which it is provided to weld a barrier element (108) to the re-closable closing body (102) and to fold a flexible annular portion (109) of the anti-tampering strip (101) back toward the inside of the closing system (100) while the latter is stationary in a same predetermined position in the welding and deformation station (11).
Closure with a locking rim having a sealing rib
A closure includes an annular base to be fixed to an upper rim of a container and a lid moveable relative to the annular base between a closed position and an open position. The annular base includes a peripheral skirt with an integral non-removable end portion adapted to be arranged over the upper rim of the container and a peripheral locking rim integrally formed on the end portion of the peripheral skirt. A proximal end of the peripheral locking rim is hingedly connected to the peripheral skirt, allowing the peripheral locking rim to be folded inwardly towards an inner surface of the end portion of the peripheral skirt and allowing the distal end to move beyond and engage under the peripheral ledge of the container to lock the annular base to the upper rim of the container. The locking rim includes a surface radially inwardly and circumferentially extending sealing rib.
Fully recyclable container and method of manufacturing the same
In a fully recyclable container and a method of manufacturing the same the container includes a cap, a shoulder, a body, a base, and a liner.
Container and a closure for a container
A container a side surface and a rim that defines an opening and an axis; a closure for the container; the container and closure having cooperating threads to move the closure axially as it is rotated; the closure having a seal against the side surface of the container; the thread portions of the container and closure are configured such that, as the closure rotates relative to the container, the seal moves parallel to the axis contacting three regions on the side surface of the container: a first region, configured such that, as the seal is moved across the region, the seal changes between states in which it is uncompressed and compressed between the container and closure; a second region, where the fluid bypasses part of the seal; and a third region where the seal forms a fluid-tight seal between the side surface and the closure.
