DUST PROOF SLEEVE
The dust proof sleeve comprises a rubber tubular bellows part (1) with an opening at both ends for sliding onto an element fitted with the dust proof sleeve. The bellows part (1) comprises an accordion-shaped undulated wall with circumferential peaks (2) and circumferential valleys (3). The dust proof sleeve further comprises at least one reinforcement (4), which is arranged at least along a part of the circumference of the bellows part (1) and adjoins the circumferential shape of the bellows part (1). The at least one reinforcement (4) is at least partly integrated in the bellows part (1) by vulcanization. The invention further comprises a dust proof sleeve production mould and a dust proof sleeve production method.
EXTRUDER AND DIE FOR THE SAME
An extruder which can be applied to various types of resin and elastomer without having to replace a die is provided. An extruder of the present inventions has: a barrel to which raw material, that is raw elastomer or raw material resin, is supplied; a screw that is driven to rotate in the barrel in order to process the raw material together with the barrel; and die 5 that is provided at a discharge point of the barrel and that discharges the raw material that has been processed. Die 5 includes first flat plate 11 having at least one first hole 13 and second flat plate 12 having at least one second hole 14, wherein first flat plate 11 and second flat plate 12 are arranged adjacent to each other along longitudinal axis X1 of the barrel, and at least either first flat plate 11 or second flat plate 12 is movable relative to the other flat plate such that an overlapping part of first hole 13 and second hole 14 can be varied.
Airless tire manufacturing method
A method of manufacturing an airless tire including a spoke unit includes a first step of injection-molding a first spoke part, a second spoke part, a third spoke part and a fourth spoke part in a disc-like shape. The method further includes a second step of forming a first spoke by fusing the first spoke part and the second spoke part. The method further includes a third step of forming a second spoke by fusing the third spoke part and the fourth spoke part, and a fourth step of forming the spoke unit by fusing the first spoke and the second spoke.
ELECTRICALLY-DRIVEN ROTOR IRON CORE MAGNETIC STEEL CHAMBER DISPENSING DEVICE
An electrically-driven rotor iron core magnetic steel chamber dispensing device is introduced. Dispensing units each include a dispensing channel, dispensing head, plunger barrel, plunger and stop-injection opening pin. The dispensing channel is above the dispensing head and in communication with the dispensing head. The dispensing head is disposed at the top of the plunger barrel and in communication with the plunger barrel. The plunger is displaced in the plunger barrel to move up and down relative to the plunger barrel. The stop-injection opening pin includes a pin body disposed vertically, arranged beside the plunger barrel, and fixed to a lower mold from inside. A pin head portion is disposed at the top of the pin body. A barb is disposed between the pin head portion and the pin body. The pin head portion protrudes into the dispensing channel, allowing molten plastic in the dispensing channel to enter the barb.
BAND-SHAPED BELT, ENDLESS BELT, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
An endless belt includes a band-shaped belt main body made of a vulcanized rubber, and a coupling part that is made of a thermoplastic resin and is provided between both end parts of the belt main body, wherein the vulcanized rubber of the both end parts of the belt main body and the thermoplastic resin of the coupling part are chemically bonded to each other.

ATHLETIC GEAR OR OTHER DEVICES COMPRISING POST-MOLDED EXPANDABLE COMPONENTS
A device (e.g., an article of athletic gear) comprising a post-molded expandable component, which is a part of the device that is configured to be expanded or has been expanded after being molded. This may allow the post-molded expandable component to have enhanced characteristics (e.g., be more shock-absorbent, lighter, etc.), to be cost-effectively manufactured (e.g., by using less material and/or making it in various sizes), and/or to be customized for a user (e.g., by custom-fitting it to the user).

A manufacturing process forms a bored hollow lumen. The manufacturing process includes providing a solid rod of a bioresorbable material and boring a hole axially through the solid rod. The manufacturing process also includes modifying surface defects formed on a luminal surface by the boring, the luminal surface defining the hole, thereby forming the bored hollow lumen. A bored hollow lumen includes a lumen wall including a bioresorbable material. The lumen wall has an abluminal surface and a luminal surface. The luminal surface defines a bore through the bored hollow lumen. The bioresorbable material has a uniform crosslinking density.
