Method for producing retardation film
A method for producing a retardation film comprising the steps of: co-extruding or simultaneously casting a thermoplastic resin A and a thermoplastic resin B to obtain a laminated film comprising a layer of the thermoplastic resin A and a layer of the thermoplastic resin B; and uniaxially stretching the laminated film at least twice to cross a molecular orientation axis in the layer of the thermoplastic resin A and a molecular orientation axis in the layer of the thermoplastic resin B each other at almost right angles.
POLYETHYLENE-BASED RESIN MULTILAYER FOAM SHEET, INTERLEAF SHEET FOR GLASS PLATES, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POLYETHYLENE-BASED RESIN MULTILAYER FOAM SHEET
The multilayer foam sheet has a surface resistivity of 1?1013? or less and has a foam layer and resin layers that are laminated on both surfaces of the foam layer. The resin layers each have a multilayer structure formed from a surface layer and an intermediate layer that is positioned between the surface layer and the foam layer. The foam layer includes a polyethylene-based resin PE2. The intermediate layers are configured from an antistatic mixture containing a polyethylene-based resin PE3 and a polymeric antistatic agent. The surface layers are configured from a mixed resin containing a polyethylene-based resin PE4 and a polystyrene-based resin, and substantially do not contain the polymeric antistatic agent. The polystyrene-based resin content of the mixed resin is 3-35 wt %.
VEHICLE SEAT MEMBER, VEHICLE SEAT, AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
A method for producing a vehicle seat member (30) in which a frame member (20) having protrusions (23, 25) is integrally molded to a foamed resin molded body (10) with high dimensional accuracy is provided. The method comprises an in-mold foam molding step of placing the frame member (20) in a mold (100), packing prefoamed resin particles, and molding the foamed resin molded body (10) by in-mold foam molding; and a demolding step of removing the mold (100) to obtain the vehicle seat member (30), wherein in the in-mold foam molding step, the foamed resin molded body (10) is molded so that (BA)/B is 13/1000 or less, wherein A is an outer dimension of the foamed resin molded body (10) in the vehicle seat member (30) obtained by the demolding step and B is an inner dimension of the mold (100) corresponding to the outer dimension.
COLOR SHIFT PIGMENTS FOR THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRINTING
Materials for use in 3D printing comprising a color shift pigment that change colors when viewed at different angles. More specifically, the materials comprise a color shift pigment being a silicon oxide core with metal oxide shell disposed thereon and a polymeric component.
Material for fused deposition modeling type three-dimensional modeling, and filament for fused deposition modeling type 3D printing device
[Problem] To provide a material for fused-deposition-type three-dimensional modeling whereby a warp-free modeled object is obtained without devising a modeling shape and without installing a special apparatus as a 3D printer device, and whereby a modeled article having flexibility as well as excellent surface polishing properties is obtained. [Solution] A material for fused-deposition-type three-dimensional modeling, obtained by blending 10-900 parts by weight of a styrene-based resin (B1) obtained by copolymerization of an aromatic vinyl-monomer (b1) and a cyanated vinyl-monomer (b2), and/or 5-400 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin (B2) having a glass transition temperature of 20 C. or lower and/or 5-30 parts by weight of a plasticizer (B3), with respect to 100 parts by weight of a polylactic resin (A).
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTINUOUSLY PRODUCING A SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SELF-SEALING TYRES
An apparatus for producing a semi-finished product with a strip of sealing compound for building tyres, having at least one unsaturated styrene thermoplastic elastomer, one bonding resin and one cross-linking agent is described.
METHOD OF FASTENING AN OBJECT TO A CONSTRUCTION ELEMENT
A method of fastening an edge structure to a construction element includes providing the construction element, being a planar structure with with two cover regions and a middle region between the cover regions; providing the edge structure being continuously extended, the edge structure having contact surfaces with a thermoplastic material shaped to lie against the cover regions in an outer surface of the construction element, and, opposite the contact surfaces, a coupling-in surface for coupling energy into the edge structure; coupling energy into the edge structure and pressing the contact surfaces against the cover regions until at least a portion of the thermoplastic material is liquefied and pressed into the cover regions; and repeating or continuing the steps of coupling and pressing until the edge structure is attached to the building element at a plurality of discrete locations or over an extended region along an edge of the construction element.
