A brush roller and its manufacturing method and brush roller mold is provided, the brush roller is manufactured by foaming a gaseous pore filler, while solving the problem of using a solid pore filler foaming method to manufacture the brush roller. In addition, the brush roller of the present invention has a plurality of fluid channels communicating between any adjacent two, and the plurality of fluid channels respectively extend to the surface of the brush roller to form pores to improve the fluid permeability of the brush roller, and in the brush roller manufacturing method of the present invention, after the PVA emulsified solution is cured, the compressive stress under the condition of the predetermined compression ratio can be formed to meet the expected brush roller, and it can be used to brush the circuit substrate.
ANTI-ABLATIVE COATING MATERIAL FOR RESIN-BASED COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
A resin matrix composite used as anti-ablation coating material and its preparation method is provided. The resin matrix composite is a mixture of yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ), a resin, Cu, and SiO.sub.2. The mixture is uniform and include spherical particles or spherical aggregates. A method for preparing a resin matrix composite for anti-ablation coating includes mixing YSZ, a resin, Cu, and SiO.sub.2 to obtain a mixed powder and performing spray granulation of the mixed powder to obtain a resin matrix composite including spherical particles or spherical agglomerates.
Film transportation plate and film transportation system
The disclosure relates to a film transportation plate and a film transportation system for transporting a film web through processing stations of a film packaging machine. The film transportation plate has two opposite lateral edges and, therebetween, at least one mold impression for thermoforming the film web. Retainers for the film web are arranged on the two lateral edges. The retainers are each formed by a fixed clamping surface and at least one clamping jaw, which is movable relative to the clamping surface, for pressing the film web so as to clamp it against the clamping surface. The retainers also each have at least one retaining magnet for attracting the clamping jaw against the clamping surface, and an actuating extension for lifting the clamping jaw off the clamping surface. The film transportation system also includes actuating means which act on the actuating extensions of the clamping jaws.
WATER-SOLUBLE PLASTIC ARTICLE
A plastic product has a plastic body injection-moulded or deep-drawn from water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH). The surface of the plastic body, which is exposed to ambient moisture or a water-containing substance from completion of the plastic product up to and during the intended use of the plastic product is completely coated with a continuous, water-impermeable and water-resistant protective layer and the plastic body can be completely dissolved in water after the intended use of the plastic product when a non-coated surface is exposed or after the continuous protective layer is destroyed. The protective layer is applied so thinly that it disintegrates or can be separated out of the water after the dissolution of the plastic body, and/or the protective layer (3) has a melting temperature between 50° C. and 90° C., preferably 60° C. to 85° C.
WATER-SOLUBLE FILM AND PACKAGE
There is provided a water-soluble film containing polyvinyl alcohol resin, wherein a ratio RSm (LD/TD) is 1.2 or greater and 2.5 or less, where the RSm (LD/TD) is the ratio of an average length RSm (LD) of roughness curve elements on at least one film surface in the longitudinal direction to an average length RSm (TD) of roughness curve elements on the same film surface in the transverse direction. This allows provision of a water-soluble film that can be suitably used for manufacturing a package with excellent uniformity of seal strength, even for manufacturing a package with excellent uniformity of seal strength during high-speed sealing; and a package using the film.
Deep-drawing apparatus and method for the deep-drawing of foil
A deep-drawing apparatus includes an arrangement of die plates, wherein each die plate has a plurality of frame vacuum holes and at least one female die having at least one die vacuum hole. At least one vacuum channel connects a vacuum source to the die vacuum hole of the female die and to the frame vacuum holes of the die plate. The deep-drawing apparatus includes for each die plate a closing device for closing and opening the vacuum channel. The die plate is fed a single foil sheet. The closing device opens the connecting channel at the corresponding die plate and the foil sheet is laid onto the die plate. Thereafter, the foil is held on the frame vacuum holes by a holding vacuum and is deep-drawn by a deep-drawing vacuum at the die vacuum holes in the female die. A method for the deep-drawing of foil is also disclosed.
MOLDING APPARATUS, CIGARETTE FILTER ROD AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
A molding apparatus, a cigarette filter rod and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The molding apparatus comprises a single-screw extrusion system and a cooling setting system. The single-screw extrusion system comprises a feeder and an extruder. The feeder is arranged on the extruder. The extruder comprises a cylinder. A heater is arranged outside the cylinder. A screw is arranged inside the cylinder, and a mouth mold is arranged at one end of the cylinder. The cooling setting system comprises a round tube and a cooler. The cooler (6) is arranged outside the round tube. One end of the round tube is butted with the mouth mold of the extruder; and multiple groups of grooves are formed on threads of the head of the screw.
PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING A WATER-SOLUBLE UNIT DOSE ARTICLE
A process for manufacturing a water-soluble unit dose article, wherein the water-soluble unit dose article includes a detergent composition, a first water-soluble film and a second water-soluble film.
Polarizer
A polarizer including an oriented polymeric first layer is described. The oriented polymeric first layer is preparable from a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol and crosslinker where the crosslinker is included in the mixture at 5 to 40 percent by weight based on the total weight of the polyvinyl alcohol and crosslinker. The oriented polymeric first layer is a substantially uniaxially drawn layer, in that for U=(1/MDDR−1)/(TDDR.sup.1/2−1), U is at least 0.85, with MDDR being a machine direction draw ratio and TDDR being a transverse direction draw ratio.
