A three-dimensional shaped article producing composition is provided and contains a plurality of particles, a solvent for dispersing the particles, and a binder having a function to temporarily bind the particles to one another in a state where the solvent is removed, wherein a volume-based average particle diameter of the particles is 0.1 μm or more and less than 50 μm, and a content ratio of the binder is 1.5 vol % or more and 10 vol % or less.

A water-soluble film includes a polyvinyl alcohol resin (A) as a main component, wherein the ratio (X.sub.TD/X.sub.MD) of a degree of elongation (X.sub.TD) in the transverse direction (TD) of the water-soluble film to a degree of elongation (X.sub.MD) in the machine direction (MD) thereof when the water-soluble film is floated on the surface of water at 20° C. for 60 seconds is from 1.05 to 1.5. The water-soluble film exhibits reduced curling, exhibits reduced positional shift, and shows satisfactory sealability while forming a package.

This disclosure describes hydrogel three-dimensional printing kits, methods of three-dimensional printing hydrogels, and hydrogel three-dimensional printing systems. In one example, a hydrogel three-dimensional printing kit can include a particulate build material and an aqueous agent. The particulate build material can include from about 90 wt % to 100 wt % of a mixture of a powdered polyhydroxylated swellable polymer dry blended with powdered water-soluble crosslinker that is reactive with hydroxyl groups of the polyhydroxylated swellable polymer to crosslink the polyhydroxylated swellable polymer. The aqueous agent can include water and an organic co-solvent, and the aqueous agent may not include the crosslinker.

A method for manufacturing a polarizer film assembly for a display assembly in an information handling system comprises forming a mask on a base film substrate and creating a set of optical targets on the base film substrate prior to applying the dye to the base film substrate. The dye adheres to unmasked areas to form a polarizer film, but the mask prevents the dye from adhering to masked areas, forming a set of non-polarized areas. The set of optical targets may include fiducials for aligning a cutter to the base film substrate for cutting the borders of the base layer substrate such that the polarizer film assembly forms a continuous surface with non-polarized areas positioned relative to a camera or other optical sensor.

A cyclically sequenced forming station, which runs along from a start position to an end position and runs back from there to the start position is provided, wherein individual format plates are sequentially firstly connected up to a forming vacuum device and then with a following holding vacuum channel. The forming vacuum device is part of the cyclically moved forming station. The holding vacuum channel includes two interlocking telescopic channel portions, a first telescopic channel portion being part of the cyclically moved forming station, and a second telescopic channel portion being mounted statically relative to the fixed machine frame.

In various embodiments, a water-based binder solution for use in additive manufacturing, includes a thermoplastic binder. The thermoplastic binder includes a first polymer strand having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of from greater than or equal to 5,000 g/mol to less than or equal to 15,000 g/mol, a second polymer strand having a weight average molecular weight of from greater than or equal to 10,000 g/mol to less than or equal to 50,000 g/mol, and a third polymer strand having a weight average molecular weight of from greater than or equal to 1,000 g/mol to less than or equal to 5,000 g/mol. The binder solution further comprises from greater than or equal to 0.1 wt % to less than or equal to 5 wt % of a non-aqueous solvent having a boiling point of greater than 100° C.

Provided is a microneedle patch comprising a substrate part and multiple needle parts protruding from the substrate part. The substrate part consists of a diffusion-proof layer and a base, and each needle part consists of a needle tip, a diffusion-proof layer and a base. The diffusion-proof layer of each needle part is formed between the needle tip and the base of the corresponding needle part. The diffusion-proof layer of the substrate part and the diffusion-proof layer of needle part are one-piece structures, and so are the base of the substrate part and the base of the needle part. The diffusion-proof layer of the microneedle patch can prevent the active ingredients from diffusing to the base, limit the active ingredients to the needle tip and control the carrying quantity thereof.

The fast-eluting three-dimensionally molded object has an elution rate of the active component of 80% or higher within 85 minutes by a dissolution test method in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, Sixteenth Edition.
