Base composition for microneedle patch and microneedle patch comprising the same
The present invention relates to a base composition for a microneedle patch and a microneedle patch comprising the same. The base composition comprises a first HPMC, a second HPMC and PVP/VA, wherein the viscosity of the first HPMC is greater than that of the second HPMC, the weight ratio of the first HPMC relative to the second HPMC is 1:0.1 to 1:1.2, and the amount of the PVP/VA is 0.25 wt % to 2 wt %. By controlling the constitution of the base composition, the microneedle patch can not only be demolded smoothly during the stage of the production, but also obtain the desired softness, flatness, flexibility, skin adhesion during the stage of use and humidity resistance during the stage of storage.
HYBRID MATERIAL POST-CMP BRUSHES AND METHODS FOR FORMING THE SAME
Provided is disclosure for hybrid material post-CMP brushes and methods for forming the same. Embodiments of a hybrid material post-CMP brush may comprise at least two layers, where the hybrid brush is used to clean various surfaces, such as surfaces of semiconductor substrates. An example hybrid brush for cleaning a surface includes a mandrel, a molded first layer formed about the mandrel, where the molded first layer comprises a first material, and a molded second layer surrounding the molded first layer, where the molded second layer comprises a second material.
LAMINATE, SHOE SOLE, AND SHOE
A laminate of the present invention includes a first member which contains a thermoplastic polymer and through which laser light is transmitted and a second member which contains a thermoplastic polymer and absorbs laser light, wherein the first member is directly bonded to the second member, and A represented by the formula 1: A=9D+Wa45 is more than zero. D represents a distance between a Hansen solubility parameter of the thermoplastic polymer of the first member and a Hansen solubility parameter of the thermoplastic polymer of the second member, and Wa represents work of adhesion calculated from each surface free energy of the first member and the second member. Such a first member and a second member are firmly bonded to each other without using a bonding sheet.

Monofilament-reinforced hollow fiber membrane with scalloped lumen
A hollow fiber membrane is formed by embedding a braid having a spiral open weave of monofilaments only, to avoid a whiskering problem. The open weave is characterized by contiguous, circumferential, rhomboid-shaped areas of polymer film separated by monofilaments. When the braid is supported on a plasticized PVA cable having a scalloped periphery, the braid can be infiltrated with membrane polymer which, when coagulated, embeds the braid positioning it around the lumen. The embedded spiral weave, free of any circumferentially constricting monofilament, allows the membrane to be biaxially distensible. The membrane has give not only in the axial or longitudinal direction but also in the radial direction. Give in the radial direction permits soiled membranes to be backwashed under higher pressure than in a comparable braid which is not radially distensible.
LAUNDRY BEAD MOLDING MOLD, LAUNDRY BEAD AND LAUNDRY BEAD MOLDING METHOD
A laundry bead molding mold is disclosed, including a first mold cavity and a second mold cavity which are separated from each other and could be filled with detergent or detergent additives to meet different washing demands. The first mold cavity has two opposite side walls at a certain angle, which could ensure the shape of the bead product is a preset shape. The mold could be used to mold a laundry bead having at least two cavities, and could obtain a multifunctional laundry bead, has a simple structure and a high yield of the formed bead. A laundry bead formed by the mold is also disclosed, including a plurality of beads, which facilitates the washing process. A laundry bead molding method is also disclosed.
POLYMERIC FOAM LAYER AND METHODS OF MAKING THE SAME
Polymeric foam layer having a thickness up to 25,700 micrometers, having first and second opposed major surfaces, and comprising foam features extending from or into the first major surface by at least 100 micrometers, and having a T.sub.g in a range from 125 C. to 150 C., wherein the first and second opposed major surfaces are free of exposed internal porous cells (i.e., less than 10 percent of the surface area of each of the first and second major surface has any exposed porous cells) and wherein at least 40 percent by area of each major surface has an as-cured surface; and methods of making the same. Exemplary uses of polymeric foam layers described herein including a finishing pad for silicon wafers and vibration damping.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A FIBROUS MATERIAL IMPREGNATED WITH THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER
A method of manufacturing an impregnated fibrous material including a fibrous material made of continuous fibers and at least one thermoplastic polymer matrix, the method including pre-impregnating the fibrous material while it is in the form of a roving or several parallel rovings with the thermoplastic material and heating the thermoplastic matrix for melting, or maintaining in the molten state, the thermoplastic polymer after pre-impregnation, the at least one heating step being carried out by means of at least one heat-conducting spreading part (E) and at least one heating system, with the exception of a heated calendar, the roving or the rovings being in contact with part or all of the surface of the at least one spreading part (E) and partially or wholly passing over the surface of the at least one spreading part (E) at the level of the heating system.
