Casing Tube and Manufacturing Method Thereof
A pre-buried casing tube uses glass fiber reinforced resin as the raw material to enhance the operation strength of the pre-buried casing tube, extend the service life of the pre-buried casing tube, and reduce maintenance cost of the railway transport system. The pre-buried casing tube includes at least one casing tube body, each casing tube body including at least one retaining element, the retaining elements provided in intervals along one side of the casing tube, each casing tube body disposed adjacently so as to form a passage for a screw, each retaining element provided in the passage for the screw.
Composition and method to form a composite core material
A composite core material and methods for making same are disclosed herein. The composite core material comprises mineral filler discontinuous portions disposed in a continuous encapsulating resin. Further, the method for forming a composite core material comprises the steps of forming a mixture comprising mineral filler, an encapsulating prepolymer, and a polymerization catalyst; disposing the mixture onto a moving belt; and polymerizing said encapsulating prepolymer to form a composite core material comprising mineral filler discontinuous portions disposed in a continuous encapsulating resin.
PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR FORMING CELL CULTURE SUBSTRATE
A photosensitive resin composition for cell culture substrates that enables the low-cost manufacture of a cell culture substrate, that can easily form patterns of various shapes when providing a pattern on the surface of a cell culture substrate, has low cytotoxicity, and that can form a cell culture substrate; a cell culture substrate that is formed using the photosensitive resin composition; and a cell culture substrate manufacturing method that uses the photosensitive resin composition. The photosensitive resin composition includes a photopolymerizable monomer and a photopolymerization initiator. The photopolymerizable monomer contains a defined amount of a polyfunctional monomer that is at least trifunctional, and the content of the photopolymerization initiator is within a prescribed range.
Resin composition, resin molded article, and methods respectively for producing these products
A resin composition, which can achieve the crystallization effect of pentaerythritol, is provided with good workability. The resin composition includes a thermoplastic resin (A) and pentaerythritol particles (B), wherein 70% or more of the pentaerythritol particles (B) have a particle diameter of 100 m or less.
Method for manufacturing a composite using a degradable membrane
A method for manufacturing a composite is provided herein, including laying at least one reinforcement layer onto the inner surface of a mold, positioning a degradable membrane onto the outermost reinforcement layer of the at least one reinforcement layer, applying suction between the inner surface of the mold and the degradable membrane to press the at least one reinforcement layer towards the inner surface of the mold, covering the degradable membrane with at least one vacuum film, generating a vacuum in the region between the vacuum film and the mold, injecting resin into this region by means of vacuum, and letting cure the resin, initiating a degradation of the degradable membrane by provoking a physical or chemical change of the membrane material after having generated a vacuum in the region between the vacuum film and the mold and before the resin has cured completely.
BIODEGRADABLE POLYMER BASED BIOCOMPOSITES
The present invention provides compositions for use in making biodegradable biodegradable composite, and biodegradable composite comprising polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT)-component; hemp powder; and optionally one or more compatibilizers and/or PBAT grafted with one or more compatibilizers selected from maleic anhydride, glycidyl methacrylate, pyromellitic anhydride, acrylic acid, polyacrylic acid, methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, poly(glycidyl methacrylate, copolymer(s) of glycidyl methacrylate and/or copolymers of acrylic acid. The invention also relates to methods of preparing the composites.
Method for manufacturing joined body
A method for manufacturing a joined body according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is a method for manufacturing a joined body in which composite materials in which fibers are impregnated with resins are heated and joined to each other. The method includes: a step of aligning the composite material with each of a plurality of molding dies, heating the molding dies, and semi-curing the resins of the composite materials; and a step of joining the composite materials to each other by combining and heating the molding dies with which the composite materials are aligned after semi-curing the resins of the composite materials. The molding dies used when semi-curing the resins of the composite materials and the molding dies used when joining the composite materials to each other are the same.

CO-CURED GEL COATS, ELASTOMERIC COATINGS, STRUCTURAL LAYERS, AND IN-MOLD PROCESSES FOR THEIR USE
Co-cured urethane and vinyl ester, epoxy, or unsaturated polyester gel coats having improved toughness and flexibility compared with conventional polyester gel coats are disclosed. The gel coats, which have 10-50 wt. % urethane content, adhere well to structural layers and can be used in a traditional in-mold process. Co-cured elastomeric coatings comprising from 50 to 95 wt. % of a urethane component and an unsaturated polyester, epoxy, or vinyl ester are also disclosed. Unlike conventional urethane coatings, the elastomeric coatings adhere well to structural layers and can be used in a traditional in-mold process. Castings or structural layers comprising a reinforced thermoset of co-cured urethane and vinyl ester, epoxy, or unsaturated polyester components, including 10-95 wt. % of the urethane component, are also described. The invention includes in-mold processes for making laminates that utilize the gel coats, elastomeric coatings, and/or structural layers. The in-mold process gives flexible, durable, urethane-containing laminates having good interlayer adhesion.
