Disclosed is a fluid transport pipe which has an inner layer, coming in contact with a fluid, comprising at least one aliphatic polyamide and at least one impact modifier and also at least one outer layer which is connected directly to the inner layer and is formed from an aliphatic polyamide and at least one flame retardant. While the inner layer ensures the chemical resistance relative to the fluids to be transported and the mechanical resistance, the flame resistance is ensured by the outer layer.

The present disclosure provides a process. In an embodiment, the process includes (A) providing a fitment with a base having a wall thickness (T.sub.w). The base comprises an ethylene/a olefin multi-block copolymer. The process includes (B) placing the base between two opposing multilayer films. Each multilayer film has a respective seal layer comprising an olefin-based polymer. The process includes (C) positioning the base and opposing multilayer films between opposing seal bars. Each seal bar comprises (i) a front surface, (ii) a recessed surface a distance (x) behind the front surface, the recessed surface having a first end and an opposing second end. Each seal bar comprises (iii) a curved surface at each opposing end. The curved surface extends between the front surface and the recessed surface. Each curved surface has a radius of curvature (Rc) greater than or equal to distance (x). The process includes (D) heat sealing the base to each multilayer film.

A thermoplastic elastomer composition of an elastomer, a non-elastomeric polyolefin and a thermoplastic elastomer based on polyolefin block copolymers are disclosed. Furthermore, the invention also relates to the use of a mixture of an elastomer and a cross-linking agent for the elastomer for producing a thermoplastic elastomer composition. A further subject of the invention is the use of a mixture of a non-elastomeric polyolefin and a thermoplastic elastomer based on polyolefin block copolymers for producing a thermoplastic elastomer composition. In addition, the invention relates to the use of a thermoplastic elastomer composition for producing a composite material with a polyolefin, in particular polypropylene. The invention also relates to a process for producing a thermoplastic elastomer composition as well as a composite material (article) made of the thermoplastic elastomer composition with a polyolefin.

According to an example, described herein is a threedimensional printing composition comprising: a polymeric powder build material comprising a thermoplastic polymer powder composition, wherein the thermoplastic polymer powder composition comprises: (a) at least 50 wt % of a C3 polyolefin, or a mixture of two or more polyolefins including at least 60 wt % of a C3 polyolefin based on the total weight of the mixture of the two or more polyolefins, (b) 0.1 to 1 wt % antioxidants, (c) 0.1 to 5 wt % flow aids, (d) 0-10 wt % of a surface modifying agent, (e) 0.05-wt %-10 wt % antistatic agents, (f) 2 wt % to 40 wt % filler, wherein the total of (a) to (f) is 100 wt %.

The present invention is a thermoplastic polymer composition which contains 10-120 parts by mass of a polar group-containing polypropylene resin (B) per 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic elastomer (A) that is a block copolymer having a polymer block containing an aromatic vinyl compound unit and a polymer block composed of a conjugated diene unit having 40% by mole or more of 1,2-bonds and 3,4-bonds in total, or a hydrogenated product of the block copolymer (provided that a thermoplastic polymer composition containing 1 part by mass or more of a polyvinyl acetal resin is excluded). This thermoplastic polymer composition is able to be bonded with a ceramic, a metal or a synthetic resin without requiring a primer treatment, and has excellent flexibility, mechanical characteristics, moldability, heat resistance and storage stability.

Also disclosed are methods of printing a three-dimensional (3D) article comprising extruding a printing composition from a deposition nozzle moving relative to a substrate, the printing composition comprising a photoinitiator and any herein disclosed triblock copolymer, wherein the triblock copolymer comprises one or more ethylenically unsaturated moieties; depositing one or more layers comprising the printing composition on the substrate; and photocrosslinking the triblock copolymer to form the printed 3D article.
