ELECTRIC KETTLE
An electric kettle includes a power supply base and a kettle main body. The kettle main body has a container, a heater provided on the container, a water amount sensor that detects the amount of water in the container, a water temperature sensor that detects the current temperature of the water in the container, and a first display part that displays information on the amount of water detected by the water amount sensor. The power supply base has a power supply cable to be connected to a utility power supply, an operation part that receives a user operation concerning the desired temperature of the water, a power supply circuit that generates a driving power for the heater from an electric power supplied from the utility power supply, and a second display part 46 that displays the current temperature and the desired temperature in a time division manner. The kettle main body includes a battery that drives the water amount sensor and the first display part when the kettle main body is separated from the power supply base.
Variable Temperature Blender
A variable temperature blender is disclosed for the cooking and preparation of heated sauces, jams, soups, purees, alternative milks, smoothies and more. A variable temperature blender has a lid assembly, a vessel assembly, and a base assembly. The vessel assembly has a blending vessel and a collar attached to a bottom portion of the blending vessel. The base assembly have a user interface, a motor, and a controller. A heating element positioned within the collar of the vessel assembly received an electronic signal from the controller via an electrical interface connecting the base assembly with the vessel assembly. The electronic signal activates or deactivates the heating element based on an operational mode of the variable temperature blender to heat a food item contained within the blending vessel.
METHOD AND HEATING APPARATUS FOR ESTIMATING STATUS OF HEATED OBJECT
The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and a method for estimating a state of an object to be heated based on sound which is generated when the object to be heated is heated, and providing the estimated information to other devices in an Internet of Things (IoT) environment through a 5G communication network. The heating apparatus may include a housing having a receiving space therein, a heating member disposed within the housing, a power supplier for supplying power to the heating member, a top plate disposed on the top of the housing to support the object to be heated, a sound sensor disposed on the bottom of the top plate, and a controller for predicting the state of the object to be heated by using a deep neural network model that has been trained through machine learning based on a sound signal received from the sound sensor.
LIQUID HEATING APPLIANCES
A liquid heating appliance for placement on an induction hob includes a liquid vessel, a ferromagnetic heating plate mounted within the vessel by a lifting mechanism, and a thermally sensitive actuator. The lifting mechanism is operable to move the ferromagnetic heating plate upwards within the vessel in response to the thermally sensitive actuator detecting that the heating plate exceeds a predefined temperature.
Multi-purpose smart rice cookers
A rice cooker assembly uses machine learning models to identify and classify different types of food stored. The rice cooker has a chamber including different compartments for storing different types of food. A camera is positioned to view an interior of the chamber. The camera captures images of the contents of the chamber. From the images, the machine learning model classifies the different types of food stored. The rice cooker determines a mixture of different types of food based on nutrition value and/or taste. The rice cooker creates the mixture and controls the cooking process accordingly. The one or more machine learning models may be resident in the rice cooker or it may be accessed via a network.
Container with heating assembly and removable power source modules
A container adapted to store and heat a liquid, such as water, or other content is presented herein. The container includes a main body including an interior portion and an at least partially open top end. A dual opening top cap is removably connected to the at least partially open top end of the body. Furthermore, a heating assembly is connected to a bottom end of the body. The heating assembly includes an at least partially exposed heating element that is adapted to be in direct contact with the fluid, beverage or other liquid contained within the body. In some embodiments, the heating assembly is adapted to and capable of heating the liquid and/or other contents contained with within the interior portion of the body to a boiling temperature.
PORTABLE COOLER CONTAINER WITH ACTIVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
An actively heated or cooled food container can have a lid movable between an open and a closed position and an insulated body to which the lid can be attached. The insulated body can have a sidewall that defines a perimeter of the container body and a base, the sidewall and base defining one or more chambers that can be sealed by the lid. The food container can have a temperature control system that can include one or more heating or cooling elements in thermal communication with one or both of the sidewall and the base and operable to heat or cool one or both of the sidewall and the base to thereby heat or cool the one or more chambers in the food container.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR UTILIZING A SONICATION PROBE TO COOK RICE
In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods are provided herein useful to utilizing a sonication probe. In some embodiments, there is provided a rice cooker utilizing a sonication probe to cook rice including a rice cooker housing; a pH sensor; a temperature sensor; a viscosity sensor; a sonication probe; and a control circuit configured to control an operation of the sonication probe that causes the sonication probe to stop emitting one or more sound waves to substantially halt breakdown of amylose of the rice based on a pH value, a temperature value, and a viscosity value associated with the rice.

A electrical cooking appliance, in particular an electric fryer, comprising a cooking assembly, a draining support forming a draining receptacle, and a lid configured to be mounted mounted on the draining support, the electrical cooking appliance configured to assume a drain configuration in which the draining support supports the cooking assembly, the cooking assembly comprising a vessel configured for receiving a cooking bath, the vessel provided with a draining device comprising a valve configured to adopt a closed stable return position and an open position, a control member configured to move the valve into the open position when the electrical cooking appliance assumes the draining configuration. When the electrical cooking appliance adopts the draining configuration, the lid is mounted on the draining support supporting the cooking assembly, the lid is configured to provide a passage for the cooking bath to flow into the draining receptacle from the draining device.

The present disclosure relates to a food processor for preparing a food in a pot. The food processor comprises the pot, a heating element for heating the pot or a food in the pot, and a temperature sensor for detecting a temperature T.sub.SUR, T.sub.MED of the pot or a food in the pot. The food processor comprises a monitoring device which is configured such that the monitoring device can detect an exceeding of a boiling point SP of a food in the pot on the basis of a temperature measurement value T.sub.NTC(k) of the temperature sensor and an electrical measurement value u(k), which depends on an energy supply to the heating element. Furthermore, the present disclosure relates to a process and a computer program product. A food processor with boiling point detection can thus be made available with particularly low production effort.
