Brewing assemblies and related brewing methods. In some embodiments, the assembly may be configured to allow for improved, precision control over one or more aspects, stages, and/or parameters of the brewing process. For example, some embodiments may allow for full-immersion brewing for a precise, controlled period of time, which time may be controlled by application of a pressure differential to actuate a valve for and/or provide a force to assist in delivery of a brewed beverage from a brewing chamber of the assembly. Some embodiments may further provide for various pre-infusion steps/stages and/or post-immersion steps/stages.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR EXAMINING BEVERAGE BREWING AND EXTRACTING PROCESS
A method for examining beverage brewing and extracting process includes the steps of adding a solvent to a solute, mixing the solvent and the solute together to produce a solution, and subjecting the solution to an extraction process to output an extract liquid; measuring a solvent weight increase per unit time of the added solvent and measuring an extract liquid weight increase per unit time of the output extract liquid at the same time during the step of adding the solvent to the solute; and performing a calculation on the solvent weight increase and the extract liquid weight increase to output a graphic data to represent the extraction process. By referring to the graphic data, even an inexperienced brewing operator can always ensure a consistent taste for the brewed solution.
Parametric recipes for preparing beverage with capsules in a centrifugal brewing system
The present invention relates to the preparation of a beverage by centrifugation of a capsule, by: Recognizing the type of the capsule inserted in the centrifuging brewing device, and/or its ingredients; Selecting accordingly a recipe comprising at least two sets of target values for parameters of the centrifuging brewing device, each set being associated to a specific condition; Controlling the parameters of the centrifuging brewing device so as to reach the target values of the set associated to the specific condition that is currently met.

A beverage preparation apparatus includes a liquid storage tank storing a liquid, a heating device for heating the liquid, a tank to which the liquid heated by the heating device is supplied, a liquid supply path having one end connected to the liquid storage tank and the other end serving as a supply port supplying the liquid to the tank, an air passage path including an air inlet and an air outlet and sending air into the tank, and a fan arranged in the air passage path. The air outlet is provided to send air at least to the liquid supplied from the supply port into the tank in supply of the liquid heated by the heating device to the agitation tank.
