Filter system for preparing beverages based on a beverage base
A filter system for preparing beverages based on a beverage base, such as for example coffee powder, soup powder, or tea, comprises a filter or strainer provided for use in a container and by which the beverage base is introduced into the heated liquid of a first liquid-receiving compartment which is provided in the container and in which the filtered beverage base develops and gives off its ingredients to the liquid. The filter system includes a device which can be introduced into the container in order to form a second liquid-receiving compartment. The device comprises at least one flow-through opening for the liquid enriched with ingredients, which opening can be closed such that the beverage base cannot develop further in the liquid-receiving compartment formed by the device.
Portable Brewing and Heat Preservation Device

FILTER HOLDER FOR ESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE AND MACHINE EQUIPPED WITH SUCH FILTER
Filter holder for espresso coffee machines having a cup-shaped body of circular profile, suitable for internally housing the filter, as well as a pouring device of the beverage disposed under the cup-shaped body and provided with at least one pouring spout, the filter holder being provided with connections for connecting the pouring device to the cup-shaped body, wherein the connections enable a bayonet coupling between the pouring device and the cup-shaped body.
Two-sided grill with movable lower plate
A grill is provided including a base structure. An upper platen assembly is connected to the base structure and includes an upper gritting plate. A lower platen assembly is connected to the base structure and includes a lower grilling plate. A plurality of leveling mechanisms is mounted to the base structure and arranged in contact with the lower grilling plate. The leveling mechanisms are configured to move the lower gritting plate relative to the upper grilling plate. At least one grease receptacle has an inboard sidewall and an outboard sidewall connected by a compartment configured to receive grease from a grilling surface of the lower plate. The inboard sidewall is mounted to the lower grilling plate at or below the grilling surface.
System for detecting a filter holder in a dispensing assembly of a coffee machine
A system for detecting the presence of a filter holder in a dispensing assembly of a coffee machine includes: a ring with an internal groove, a filter holder with a tab coupled with the groove and a proximity sensor. The groove has a semi-annular shape and is configured in such a way to receive the tab of the filter holder in bayonet coupling mode, wherein the filter holder is translated and rotated. The ring has a rotation stopper suitable for stopping the rotation of the filter holder in the ring in a stop point. The proximity sensor passes through the ring and finishes in the stop point of the groove of the ring.
Coffee brewer
A coffee brewer and a method of brewing coffee or another beverage with hot liquid, including tea, are provided. The coffee brewer includes a container with an inner volume, a closed end and an open end. A lid includes an inside with an inner area and an outside, for sealing attachment to the open end. An outlet and a valve, are configured to open or close a flow path between the container and the outlet. A coffee filter is secured to the inside of the lid, in the flow path between the container and the outlet. The outlet is configured to allow pouring of coffee while actuating the valve, and the valve can be actuated from a closed position to an open position with the closed end of the container facing up and the container being above the lid, without spilling coffee on an operator of the valve.

Combined Tea Making Apparatus
The invention presented is a combined tea making apparatus, including teapot and tea filtering bodies; the teapot body has a body and handle, the center connection between body and handle is the first articulation attachment point; two cone projections are set horizontally opposite under the inner edge of the teapot body opening; the two curved grooves on the outside edge of the tea filtering body fit the teapot main body's cone projections. The center points of the cone projections are on the same vertical surface as the first articulation point, allowing tea pouring and filtering without touching the lid. The teapot handle of the teapot, makes it easy to operate with one hand, simplifying tea making and avoiding burn injuries caused by touching. The teapot and tea filtering bodies can both be rotated through 360°, enabling users to enjoy the tea making process, and avoiding scalding hands on the teapot.
