Coffee tamper
The present invention provides a coffee tamper, comprising a casing. A driving device is arranged on the inner top of the casing, connected to a tamping device and used to drive the tamping device to press down and move up. The tamping device is used to press down a container filled with coffee powder and comprises a main shaft, the driving device is connected to the upper end of the main shaft, and a tamping head is connected to the lower end of the main shaft and can be pressed into the container; and in one of embodiments, a container pressing head is sleeved on outside of the tamping head and has an outer cover sleeved on outside of the tamping head, the lower edge of the outer cover is located on the same horizontal plane and presses against the upper edge of the container, and the tamping head can move up and down relative to the container pressing head. The present invention provides a novel coffee tamper, which can overcome defects of existing equipment, apply uniform pressure on coffee powder and make flat coffee powder.

METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND DEVICES FOR MEASURING USAGE OF CONSUMABLES IN KITCHEN APPLIANCES
Automated replenishment of consumables is a growing area of interest for customers and businesses alike, in that it has the potential to both improve customer satisfaction and create a steady stream of orders for a consumable service or product. As recognized herein, kitchen appliances, including those for dispensing beverages, present specific challenges to integration with a replenishment service, especially where multiple packages or formats of consumables may be utilized by a single kitchen appliance. Aspects provided herein include methods, systems, and devices for tracking consumption of foodstuffs prepared by a kitchen appliance, including either counting discrete quantities of foodstuffs or estimating non-discrete quantities. A signal requesting replenishment of at least one foodstuff may be transmitted to a replenishment server based on the counting and/or estimating.

There is provided an aeration device including an interchangeable aeration element having needles arranged in an aeration pattern, a slider including the needles, a slider guide element engaged with the slider, a slider spring element biased to position the slider in an undeployed position, wherein the slider is displaced in a downward direction away from the top end of the aeration device frame towards the bottom end of the aeration device frame when a user applies an operating force to the slider, wherein the slider spring element applies a return force on the slider encouraging the slider to return to the undeployed position, and wherein, when the slider is in a fully deployed position at a maximum displacement from the top end of the aeration device frame, the plurality of puck aeration needles extend passed the bottom end of the aeration device, and a method of using the aeration device.
Beverage brewer
A beverage brewer includes a pump, an intake tube assembly connected to an inlet port of the pump at a pump end, an outflow tube assembly connected to an outlet port of the pump at a pump end, a brewing material holder assembly configured to hold ground brewing material and arranged at an issue end of the outflow tube assembly, and a container volume configured to accommodate a container assembly, arranged at an issue portion of the holder assembly. A suction end of the intake tube assembly is arranged within an interior of the container volume. The pump is configured to draw fluid from within the container volume through the intake tube assembly and to issue the fluid into the holder assembly through the outflow tube assembly, thereby brewing a beverage in the holder assembly. The holder assembly is configured to issue the brewed beverage into the container volume.

Beverage brewer
A beverage brewer includes a container, a container collar, a brewing material holder, a mesh element, and a drive assembly. The container has an open top, a closed sidewall, and a closed bottom. The container collar is configured to cover a rim of the open top. The brewing material holder is configured to hold brewing material and to be suspended from the container collar and into an interior of the container. The brewing material holder includes a sidewall having an opening, an open top, and a bottom. The mesh element covers the opening in the sidewall of the brewing material holder. The drive assembly is positionable on the container collar and is configured to be mechanically coupled to and rotate the brewing material holder.
Cold brew beverage brewing systems
A cold brew coffee apparatus has a first container, a second container, a centerpiece connector, and a filter. Preferably, the filter is positionable within the first container such that it divides the filter interior volume from the remainder of the first container interior volume. Preferably, cold brew infusion occurs when water in the first container interior volume passes through the water-permeable barrier and soaks coffee grounds within the filter interior volume to form a soluble coffee extract. An alternative cold brew coffee apparatus includes only a single brew chamber and a filter.
BREWER SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS
A brewer system includes a reservoir, a steep chamber movable relative to the reservoir and positioned over a mouth of the reservoir, and a filter tape positioned between the chamber and the reservoir. Brewing substance and water are added to the chamber to form a brewed beverage that passes through the filter tape and into the reservoir through the mouth.
FILTER ELEMENT, SEALING ASSEMBLY AND COFFEE MACHINE
Provided is a filter element comprising a filter element body having a cavity, a water inlet and a water outlet, an end cap, and a perforated partition, and the perforated partition is configured to divide the filter element body into a first chamber filled with an adsorption filter material and a second chamber filled with an ion exchange filter materials. In the present disclosure, the filter element is divided into two stages, and the primary filter material and the softening filter material are filled separately, and functions of both filtration and descaling are realized, addressing the issues blocking of water and reduced water flow in the coffee machine using a PP/PE filter element. Meanwhile, reduction in water flow caused by the mixing of the filter materials and the caking of the filter material is also solved.
