SHOWER ASSEMBLY AND TWO-IN-ONE COFFEE MACHINE
This application discloses a shower assembly and a two-in-one coffee machine, including a main structure, a shower head, and a needle assembly. The shower head is mounted on the main structure in a manner that can move relative to the main structure, and the shower head has a first position away from the main structure and a second position close to the main structure. When the shower head is located at the first position, water from a water inlet channel flows out through shower holes. When the shower head is located at the second position, a water outlet channel is in sealed communication with the water inlet channel, a needle outlet is located below the shower head, and water in the water inlet channel flows out through the needle outlet. The shower assembly in the present disclosure can form two spraying paths by switching the position of the shower head.

INTEGRATED METHOD TO BREW, CHILL, HEAT, AND FILTER
An apparatus may comprise a heater, a brewer, a chiller, and a heat exchanger. The heater may be configured to heat water to produce heated water. The brewer may be configured to brew a beverage using the heated water. The chiller may be configured to chill the beverage to produce a chilled beverage. The heat exchanger may have a first fluid flow path and a second fluid flow path in thermal communication with the first fluid flow path. An input to the first fluid flow path may be configured to receive source water and an output of the first fluid flow path may be configured to provide the water to the heater. An input to the second fluid flow path may be configured to receive the beverage from the brewer and an output of the second fluid flow path may be configured to provide the beverage to the chiller.
Beverage brewing method with variable speed dispense pump
A method of brewing hot beverage with an electric hot beverage brewer (20) with a duty cycle modulated DC voltage dispense pump (44) with an inlet (46) connected to a de-aerator (24) and beneath a lower limit and an outlet (48) located above an upper limit the surface a hot water tank (22) is finely controlled by a high frequency pulse-width, modulated, square power input voltage (FIG. 2) with a duty cycle controlled in accordance with predetermined profiles stored within a controller (28) to selectively change the flow rate out of the pump onto a distribution dome (50) during a dispense period of a brew cycle to achieve optimum brewing of different types of beverage ingredients and varieties of the different types and to selectively change the spray pattern of hot water onto the ingredient (53) within the basket assembly (52) between vertical and acute angles including acute angles that pass hot water into a bypass gap (56).

Beverage brewer spray apparatus having multiple dispersion members
A beverage brewer spray apparatus includes a lid, dispersal members, and a skirt. The lid has an obverse and converse surfaces. The dispersal members extend from the converse surface of the lid at open proximal ends of the dispersal members. The skirt has a proximal end fixed to and extending outward from the converse surface of the lid. Each dispersal member has a sidewall and a distal end defining an interior of the dispersal member. The sidewall has apertures arranged in a distal section of the sidewall. The lid has through-holes formed between the obverse and converse surfaces, and the dispersal members are fixed to the converse surface such that the through-holes provide fluid communication from the obverse surface of the lid to the apertures through the interiors of the dispersal members. The apertures are configured to direct liquid outward from the dispersal members.

COFFEE MAKER WITH FEATURES FOR RAPID AND/OR MULTIPLE EXTRACTION PROCESSES, AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Coffee makers with features for rapid and/or multiple extraction processes, and associated systems and methods. A representative system includes a brew chamber, a coffee chamber, a filter device, and an accelerated extraction device configured to accelerate a flow of coffee from the brew chamber to the coffee chamber. During a first brewing process, a controller directs a first volume of hot water into the brew chamber to form a first a volume of coffee for delivery from the brew chamber into the coffee chamber. During a second brewing process, the controller directs a second volume of hot water into the brew to form a second volume of coffee for delivery into the coffee chamber to mix with the first volume of coffee. The controller activates the accelerated extraction device to move at least one of the first and second volumes of coffee.
