The polymer material matrix may be a fully polymerized thermoplastic material. The lightweight material may be fully saturated by the thermoplastic material of the polymer material matrix. The thermoplastic composite sheet may include between 50 and 99 weight percent of the thermoplastic material and between 1 and 50 weight percent of the lightweight material. The thermoplastic composite sheet may be free of reinforcing fibers.

A final dielectric constant measurement device detects the dielectric constant of a final rubber material in which a compounding agent of predetermined type is mixed with unvulcanized rubber, and a calculator calculates a compounding ratio of the compounding agent to the final rubber material based on the detected dielectric constant, determines whether or not the calculated compounding ratio is in a preset compounding reference range, displays a determination result on a monitor, and adjusts a ratio of the compounding agent fed into an extruder to the unvulcanized rubber such that the calculated compounding ratio is within the compounding reference range.

MULTI-LAYER CO-EXTRUSION STONE PLASTIC FLOORS AND MANUFACTURING METHODS THEREOF

The present disclosure discloses a multi-layer co-extrusion stone plastic floor. The multi-layer co-extrusion stone plastic floor includes at least one co-extrusion stone layer, the co-extrusion stone plastic layer including a first stable layer, a stone plastic rigid layer, and a second stable layer successively. A size change rate of the first stable layer and the second stable layer is within a range of 0 to 0.12% within a temperature range of −15° C. to 80° C. At least one of the first stable layer, the stone plastic rigid layer, and the second stable layer includes composite particles of acrylate copolymer (ACR)/nano SiO.sub.2. The multi-layer co-extrusion stone plastic floor has improved strength, improved thermal stability and reduce thermal deformation by adding stable layers above/below the plastic rigid layer and adding the composite particles of ACR/nano SiO.sub.2.

A thermoplastic prepreg is disclosed having fully impregnated filaments. The prepreg is formed by having a plurality of continuous fibers that are substantially oriented in a longitudinal direction, the continuous fibers constituting from about 30 wt. % to about 40 wt. % of the prepreg, a first resinous matrix that contains a first set of one or more thermoplastic polymers and within which the continuous fibers are embedded, wherein the thermoplastic polymers constitute from about 30 wt. % to about 40 wt. % of the prepreg, and a second resinous matrix that contains a second set of one or more thermoplastic polymers, wherein the second set of thermoplastic polymers constitute from about 30 wt. % to about 40 wt. % of the prepreg.

WELDING PROCESS FOR SEALING A BATTERY MODULE

The present disclosure relates to a battery module that includes a housing having a first protruding shelf along a first perimeter of the housing, a second protruding shelf along a second perimeter of the housing, where the first and second protruding shelves each include an absorptive material configured to absorb a first laser emission. The battery module also includes an electronics compartment cover configured to be coupled to the housing via a first laser weld, and a cell receptacle region cover configured to be coupled to the housing via a second laser weld. The electronics compartment cover has a first transparent material configured to transmit the first laser emission toward the first protruding shelf and the cell receptacle region cover has a second transparent material configured to transmit the first laser emission or a second laser emission toward the second protruding shelf.

NON CONDUCTIVE RUBBER HOSE

A non-conductive rubber hose is provided exhibiting lower conductivity compared to conventional EPDM hose, and reduced stiffness compared to conventional non-conductive thermoplastic hose. The hose is useful for applications such as in hydraulics for boom trucks, and for coolant in plasma cutting tools.
