The present invention relates to a Turkish coffee cooking and servicing machine whose inner side is heated by means of a heater (15) and having a cooking chamber (10) wherein a coffee mixture including Turkish coffee, water and optionally sugar is cooked and having a pushing head (13) defining the base of the cooking chamber (10) and which moves vertically between at least one cooking position (i) and a service position (ii) where the coffee mixture in the cooking chamber (10) is raised to the level of the discharge outlet (11) in order to transfer said coffee mixture, provided in the cooking chamber (10), to a beverage vessel through a discharge outlet (11) for servicing when the cooking is completed.

A brewing device includes a base portion with a support surface. A carafe is configured to be selectively supported on the support surface. A filter basket is removeably supported on an upper portion of the carafe. An immersion chamber is fluidically coupled to an outlet disposed over the filter basket. A water reservoir is fluidically coupled to both the immersion chamber and the outlet disposed over the filter basket. A beverage system comprising a vessel and a liner assembly. The vessel may include a spigot with a passage configured to receive at least a portion of a liner assembly. The liner assembly may include a flexible liner, a flexible tube, a rigid cuff, and a tamper evident connection therebetween. The flexible liner may be positionable in the vessel. The flexible tube positionable in the passage of the spigot. The rigid cuff disposed in at least a portion of the tube. A brewing device may have several different configurations to make various beverages. Under computer control, the device may be able to sequence various ingredients using direct or recirculating percolation for immediate consumption, such as coffee and tea, or for fermenting for later consumption, such as beer, kombutcha, or other consumable products. Disclosed are systems, devices and methods for providing a beverage brewing and analyte tracking portable platform. In some embodiments of the disclosed portable beverage brewing and analyte tracking technology, an intelligent beverage management system includes a portable brewing device in communication with a user's mobile device (e.g., smartphone, smartwatch, etc.) for monitoring and controlling consumption and metabolism of caffeine and other compounds from beverages consumed using the portable brewing device and/or other beverages logged by the user. The intelligent beverage management system includes a cloud-based data processing system in communication with the mobile device and/or portable brewing device to receive, process and/or store data associated with brewing of the beverage and data associated with the monitoring of consumption of the beverage and/or certain beverage constituents.

Disclosed are systems, devices and methods for providing a beverage brewing and analyte tracking portable platform. In some embodiments of the disclosed portable beverage brewing and analyte tracking technology, an intelligent beverage management system includes a portable brewing device in communication with a user's mobile device (e.g., smartphone, smartwatch, etc.) for monitoring and controlling consumption and metabolism of caffeine and other compounds from beverages consumed using the portable brewing device and/or other beverages logged by the user. The intelligent beverage management system includes a cloud-based data processing system in communication with the mobile device and/or portable brewing device to receive, process and/or store data associated with brewing of the beverage and data associated with the monitoring of consumption of the beverage and/or certain beverage constituents.
