MODULAR BREW SYSTEMS
A modular brewing system is described for providing hot water and managing power to multiple brew tower modules using a single centralized boiler and power management module so as to limit the number of high-power circuits required in a coffeehouse or store. The boiler and power management module manages power of components of the centralized boiler assembly and any brew tower modules connected thereto, including the boiler heaters, the grinder motors, and the brew chamber heaters.
DEVICE FOR FEEDING COFFEE POWDER INTO A BREWING CHAMBER OF A COFFEE MACHINE
The invention relates to a device for feeding coffee powder (a) into a brewing chamber of a coffee machine, comprising a brewing chamber container (1) having a filling opening (2) for receiving and brewing the coffee powder (a) and a feeding apparatus (3) for feeding the coffee powder (a) into the brewing chamber container (1) through the filling opening (2). By means of a shaking apparatus (4), which is coupled to the brewing chamber container (1), the brewing chamber container (1) is set vibrating during and/or after the filling with coffee powder. As a result, the coffee powder put into the brewing chamber container is compressed and evened out and, in particular, the coffee powder is prevented from piling up in the form of hills as the coffee powder is put into the brewing chamber container

A COFFEE GRINDING DEVICE AND A COFFEE MACHINE HAVING SAID DEVICE
A coffee grinder having at least a flow channel that directs the ground coffee particles conveyed from the outlet of the grinder in order to transfer them to a container, and its inlet positioned right below the grinder outlet and connected to the grinder such that it can rotate according to the channel inlet axis that passes through the center of the inlet, and a motion control motor that successively moves the flow channel at the inlet axis in opposite radial directions in a suitable amount and frequency in order to prevent the sticking of the ground coffee particles located in the flow channel to the flow channel. A coffee machine having such a coffee grinder is also disclosed.
