PROCESSING METHOD FOR COATING GLASS CONTAINER WITH SILICONE RUBBER AND GLASS CONTAINER COATED WITH SILICONE RUBBER
The present invention relates to a processing method for coating glass container with silicone rubber and a glass container coated with silicone rubber by the processing method. The processing method comprises: cleaning a glass container body and performing a first drying treatment; brushing or spraying a primer on a surface of a part of the glass container body, wherein the surface of the part of the glass container body is to be coated with silicone rubber; performing a second drying treatment on the glass container body, and then cooling the glass container body to a room temperature; putting the glass container body into a mold cavity of a mold, injecting the liquid silicone rubber into the mold cavity, and vulcanizing the liquid silicone rubber for 200 to 300 seconds; opening the mold and letting the mold sliding out, and taking out the glass container coated with the silicone rubber layer.
MOLDED GLASS TRIM ELEMENT FOR VEHICLE
A method for manufacturing a molded vehicle trim element including the following steps: (i) providing a carrier plate in a mold for injection molding including a mobile core of the mold and cavity of the mold to give the final shape of the vehicle trim element, (ii) providing a glass panel in the mold having at least a first region to be bent, (iii) cold bending the glass panel inside the mold in a requested shape, (iv) injecting a soft material to form the vehicle trim element made of bent carrier plate and glass panel fixed together via the molding material, and (v) removing the vehicle trim element from the mold.
AUTOMATED SPACER PROCESSING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The invention provides automated spacer processing systems and methods. The systems and methods involve at least one robot arm that is configured to process spacers for multiple-pane insulating glazing units. In some embodiments, the systems also include an insulating glazing unit assembly line and a spacer conveyor system. Additionally or alternatively, the systems may include a sealant applicator.
METHOD FOR BACK-MOLDING COLD-SHAPED GLASS COMPONENTS USING PLASTIC
A method for continuously molding glass components with the aid of at least one plastic, at least one unshaped glass component being positioned between a first molding tool and a second molding tool, the at least one unshaped glass component being elastically shaped by pressing together the first molding tool and the second molding tool, the at least one elastically shaped glass component being secured in the shaped state by locking slides, and a plastic being applied to at least one side of the shaped glass component at least in areas.
VEHICLE INTERIOR PART AND HEATED MOULD COMPRESSION FORMING PROCESS THEREOF
A vehicle interior part includes a substrate, a first outer layer, a second outer layer, an upper reinforcement layer, a lower reinforcement layer, and a bottom fabric layer, where a first surface and a second surface of the substrate are bonded to a first surface of the upper reinforcement layer and a first surface of the lower reinforcement layer, respectively, a second surface of the upper reinforcement layer is bonded to a first surface of the first outer layer, a second surface of the first outer layer is bonded to the second outer layer, and a second surface of the lower reinforcement layer is bonded to the bottom fabric layer.
Method of manufacturing decorative trim
The subject invention includes a fixed window assembly for a vehicle comprising a fixed glass, a trim portion having a polymeric base and a decorative member bonded to the polymeric base. An encapsulation is coupled to the fixed glass and the polymeric base to mount the trim portion in a spaced and adjacent position relative to the fixed glass. A method of manufacturing is also provided using first and second molding apparatuses. Polymeric material is injected into a first mold cavity of the first molding apparatus to form the polymeric base bonded to the decorative member. Polymeric material is injected into a second mold cavity of the second molding apparatus to form the encapsulation coupled to the fixed glass and simultaneously coupled to the polymeric base to mount the trim portion in an adjacent position to the fixed glass.
Laminated switchable panel and methods for making and using
Method and composition for switchable panels are disclosed. Switchable films are placed between glass and liquid resin is injected between the glass and cured. The panels may be used for a wide variety of applications.
High-whiteness MGO substrate, preparation method thereof and decorative board having the substrate
The application discloses a high-whiteness MGO substrate, a preparation method thereof and a decorative board having the substrate. The high-whiteness MGO substrate includes a surface layer and a substrate, wherein the substrate is prepared from a forming agent, a lightweight filler, a modifier and water in parts by mass as follows: 40-49 parts of light burned magnesium oxide powder, 18-25 parts of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 16-25 parts of a polyvinyl alcohol solution, 16-20 parts of a plant powder, and 0.5-2 parts of a modifier; the modifier being obtained by mixing citric acid, phosphoric acid, and sodium sulfate in a mass ratio of 10:3:6.
