Where the compression assembly includes a baling chamber, a gearbox having an output shaft, and a crank arm defining a first mounting point and a second mounting point spaced a distance from the first mounting point, where the first mounting point of the crank arm is coupled to and rotatable with the output shaft of the gearbox. The compression assembly also includes a plunger positioned within and reciprocally movable with respect to the baling chamber, where the plunger defines a third mounting point thereon, and where the distance between the second mounting point and the third mounting point is variable during a baling process.
Pickup unit for an agricultural harvesting machine having removable extension plates
A pickup unit for an agricultural harvesting machine includes a frame; a pickup roll carried by the frame; and a feed assist roll carried by the frame and positioned adjacent to the pickup roll. The feed assist roll has a plurality of radially outwardly extending cleats spaced apart around a periphery thereof, and a plurality of extension plates. Each extension plate is removably attached to and extends a corresponding cleat.
CONSISTENT FLOW WINDGUARD FOR AGRICULTURAL BALER
An agricultural baler includes a chassis, a bale chamber supported by the chassis, and a pickup with a windguard assembly. The windguard assembly includes a rotating front roller with spaced-apart channels disposed circumferentially on the exterior surface of the front roller and a tine bar configured to be arranged above the front roller. The tine bar has spaced-apart tines that extend downwardly from the tine bar, wrap around the front roller, and extend rearwardly from the front roller toward the bale chamber.
HARVESTING DEVICE HAVING AN INTEGRATED HYDRAULIC TANK
The present invention relates to a storage tank for hydraulic oil, the storage tank being arranged in a hollow frame profile of a frame for a harvesting apparatus.
AGRICULTURAL APPARATUS WITH PICK-UP DEVICE
An agricultural apparatus configured to travel over the ground includes a pick-up device for picking up an agricultural bale from the ground. The pick-up device includes a sensing system configured to sense position and/or size of an object on the ground as the agricultural apparatus travels towards the object, a pick-up mechanism engageable with opposite sides of the object and operable to lift the object, and a controller configured to determine a position of the pick-up mechanism relative to the object based on signals received from the sensing system prior to picking-up the object, and to operate the pick-up mechanism when the pick-up mechanism is positioned correctly relative to the object.
Movable machine and method for raking undesirable plant matter
A movable machine having a chassis, wheels and propulsion to be driven in a forward direction for raking undesirable plant matter. The chassis having a pair of arms, a loader bucket operable by a rotatable cylinder, a rake having three grates attached between the arms, a pair of movable controllable rake level adjusters to provide variable spacing between the loader bucket and the grates, a rotatable cylinder mounted across one end of the grates, a plurality of tines secured to the rotatable cylinder, and a hydraulic motor attached to the rotatable cylinder. The hydraulic motor configured to rotate the rotatable cylinder with plurality of tines as a single unit. A controller can operate the rake and the loader bucket as defined by a user.
A WINDROW FORMING DEVICE
A windrow forming device is movable over ground in a direction of travel. The windrow forming device is provided with a rigid frame, at least one pick-up mechanism for picking up a product from the ground, and at least one conveyor belt arranged to convey the picked up material in at least one direction extending sidewards with respect to the direction of travel, and to deposit the material on the ground for forming a windrow. The windrow forming device may be a self-propelled agricultural machine, for example a self-propelled merger, or a pulled agricultural machine having at least one windrow forming device.
Pick-up Apparatus for an Agricultural Harvester
A pick-up apparatus (10) for an agricultural harvester, with a main frame (11) designed to connect the pick-up apparatus (10) to the agricultural harvester, with a crop collector (12) which is attached to the main frame (11), the crop collector (12) being designed to pick up crops from a ground surface, and with a crop conveyor (13), which is attached to the main frame (11) via brackets (14) in such a way that the crop conveyor (13) is mounted rotatably on the brackets (14) and is pivotable together with the brackets (14) in relation to the main frame (11), wherein the crop conveyor (13) is designed, in conjunction with a floor plate (19), to convey the crops picked up by the crop collector (12), wherein at least one eccentric body (20) is attached to the main frame (11), on which body a respective bracket (14) is directly or indirectly supported, wherein the position of the at least one eccentric body (20) on the main frame (11) determines the distance between the crop conveyor (13) and the floor plate (19). FIG. 1
Farming support system, position information generation method, computer program, and processing device
A farming support system includes a position detector provided in one of a work vehicle and a rake implement attachable to the work vehicle, and a processor configured or programmed to obtain, based on information about the rake implement, a positional relationship between a reference point to be positioned by the position detector and a swath to be formed by the rake implement, in a local coordinate system that is defined for the work vehicle and the rake implement attached thereto. The processor is configured or programmed to generate swath position information indicating a position of the swath in a geographic coordinate system, based on information indicating a position of the reference point in the geographic coordinate system detected by the position detector during forming of the swath, and the positional relationship.
PICK-UP ATTACHMENT FOR A HARVESTING MACHINE
A pick-up attachment for a harvesting machine preferably for a field chopper, particularly preferably for a self-propelled field chopper, includes a pick-up rotor having pick-up tools for picking crop up from the ground, at least one guide element that rests on the ground, which element takes on the guidance of the pick-up rotor and guides it relative to the ground, and a machine frame that is connected to the pick-up rotor.
