A COOKER
A solid-fuel cooker, such as a barbecue, oven, or smoker for outdoor use, comprising a body enclosing a fuel chamber configured to act as a firebox for combustion of solid fuel, such as wood, charcoal or briquettes. The fuel is supported within the chamber on a fuel support and a cooking zone is spaced above the fuel chamber for receiving food items to be cooked. The body comprises an outer shell forming an exterior housing of the cooker, and an inner shell encompassing the fuel chamber, wherein the inner shell is housed within the outer shell and is spaced from the outer shell to thermally isolate or insulate the fuel chamber from the exterior housing of the cooker.

PRESSURE FRYER
A pressure fryer includes a cooking well having a conical bottom and a substantially vertical sidewall extending upwardly from the conical bottom. A series of vertical fins is mounted to the sidewall. The vertical fins are spaced from one another and a series of undulating fins are mounted between the vertical fins. A heat shield surrounds the cooking well and vertical and undulating fins. The heat shield has an upper wall extending to the cooking well and an outer cover that covers the heat shield and defines an exhaust gas chamber between the outer cover and the heat shield. The fryer includes a multi-shelf rack system and a lift operably connected to the multi-shelf rack system.

Burner assembly shielding device
A burner assembly shielding device for preventing blowout of a flame generated by the burner assembly includes a tube that is sized and shaped complementarily to a perimeter of a well of a burner assembly. A lower end of the tube is configured to insert into the well so that an upper end of the tube is fixedly positioned proximate to an upper plane that is defined by an upper limit of a grate of the burner assembly. A wall of the tube is configured to shield a flame that is generated by the burner assembly from wind to prevent the flame from being extinguished.
