The plurality of linear members (120) are arranged at intervals. The polyurethane-foam board (110) is foaming-molded by continuous drawing.

A laminated foam sheet having a polyethylene resin foam layer and an antistatic polyethylene layer laminated on one or both sides thereof is produced by coextruding melts for respective layers, wherein the melt for the antistatic layer contains a polyethylene resin, an ionomer resin antistatic agent and a specific amount of volatile plasticizer blend containing an alcohol and a saturated hydrocarbon or a dialkyl ether. The antistatic layer of the obtained laminated foam sheet has specific morphology.

A method for producing a thermally conductive sheet, includes forming a molded body sheet having thermal conductivity and comprising a fibrous thermally conductive filler. A silicone resin film is formed by applying a silicone resin to a supporting body. At least one surface of the molded body sheet is directly affixed to a silicone resin side of the silicone resin film. The silicone resin is transferred to the at least one surface of the molded body sheet to form a silicone resin layer on the molded body sheet. The silicone resin layer is to be attached to a heat source or a heat dissipating member. The molded body sheet has a change in thermal resistance due to the transferring of the silicone resin of 0.5° C..Math.cm.sup.2/W or less.

Disclosed are methods, systems and computer program products for producing rigid foam board, comprising: depositing a foam producing mixture on a facer as it travels along a conveyor; producing a rigid foam board via an exothermic reaction; imaging the rigid foam board after it is produced but before it has cooled to room temperature, using an infrared or an optical imaging device, to capture an image of the rigid foam board; receiving a signal comprising the captured image from the imaging device to a computing device; determining, based on the captured image, if a defect that requires correction exists in the rigid foam board; and optionally, in response to determining that a defect requiring correction exists, modifying a process parameter in producing rigid foam board.

A resin sheet is provided that provide both light-weight properties and mechanical strength using a thermoplastic resin with high deflection temperature under load. The resin sheet is formed from a thermoplastic resin, including: a core layer being a foam resin layer; and skin layers located outward of the core layer as determined along the thickness direction, the core and skin layers forming a continuity. The core layer includes a region A1 and regions A2 each located between the region A1 and the associated skin layer. The regions A2 has a lower average porosity than the region A1, said average porosity being lower than 50%. The thermoplastic resin has a deflection temperature under load not lower than 90° C. The resin sheet has a thickness of 1 to 40 mm. Each skin layer has a thickness of 5 to 50% of the thickness of the resin sheet.

A method of preparing a bipolar plate for a fuel cell is disclosed. The method includes (a) using an electrically conductive filler and a polymer binder to prepare a bipolar plate blank, (b) vacuum-sealing the bipolar plate blank in a metal foil bag, (c) applying hot isostatic pressing to the bipolar plate blank vacuum-sealed in the metal foil bag at a pressure greater than 100 MPa and a temperature of 150-400° C., and (d) peeling the bipolar plate blank that has undergone the hot isostatic pressing from the metal foil bag, and thereby obtaining the bipolar plate. A bipolar plate prepared by the method is also disclosed.
