An insulation sheet forming apparatus that forms an insulation sheet having one or more bent regions includes an unwinding module; a preforming module configured to form a preforming region on the insulation sheet supplied from the unwinding module; and a bending module configured to form the bent region on the insulation sheet by bending the insulation sheet supplied from the preforming module, in which the preforming module has a width which is adjustable in a width direction that intersects a movement direction of the insulation sheet.

EXTERNAL COMPONENT WITH DECORATION FOR WATCHES OR JEWELLERY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A method for manufacturing an external component for watches or jewellery, especially a bracelet, includes the steps of: providing a substrate including a first face opposite to a second face and co-extrusion coating the first face and the second face of the substrate respectively with a first and a second band of synthetic material. The first band forms on the first face a transparent or translucent layer so that all or part of the substrate remains visible.

Foam composite sheet
10479047 · 2019-11-19 · ·

The foam composite sheet of the present invention comprises a polyolefin resin foam sheet and a metallic thin film provided on at least one surface of the foam sheet, the metallic thin film being formed of a material selected from metals, alloys containing a plurality of metals, and the like, in an amount of deposition of 5 to 1,000 g/cm.sup.2.

Solid state microcellular foaming method including continuous saturation of solid polymeric material
10479003 · 2019-11-19 · ·

A method for saturating a thermoplastic polymer material includes continuously moving the polymer material through a pressurized pressure vessel. To do this, the method includes sealing the pressure vessel with a series of dynamic seals that allows the polymer material to continuously move through the pressure vessel while maintaining the pressure inside the pressure vessel.

Edible oral strip or wafer dosage form containing ion exchange resin for taste masking
20190336554 · 2019-11-07 ·

An edible orally disintegrating tablet dosage form containing an unpalatable acidic active pharmaceutical ingredient, particularly ketoprofen, and an ion exchange resin as a primary taste masking agent, along with an optional alkaline agent and further optionally containing one or more secondary taste masking agents is provided. The edible orally disintegrating tablet dosage matrix is formed from at least one water soluble or miscible polymer(s). The optional secondary taste masking ingredients include one or more of flavoring agent(s), sweetener(s), cooling sensation agent(s), and taste receptor blocker(s). The inventive dosages minimize or completely mask the bitterness, burning sensation and throat irritation associated with many acidic active pharmaceutical ingredients. Methods for preparing the inventive edible oral film strip dosage forms are disclosed, as well as their method of administration.

PLASTIC STRAP AND PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING PLASTIC STRAPS

A plastic strap includes a semi-crystalline thermoplastic material which is monoaxially or predominantly monoaxially stretched during a process for manufacturing the plastic strap. At least one surface of the plastic strap is provided with a microstructure, in particular a microstructure that cannot be optically resolved by the human eye.
