Colorless polyimide film containing fluorine and cardo structure and preparation method thereof
A polyimide film contains fluorinated substituents and cardo structures. The polyimide film exhibits excellent heat-resistance, transparency and mechanical properties. The polyimide film has a glass-transition temperature (Tg) of at least 360° C., a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of 50 ppm/° C. or lower, a modulus of at least 4.0 Gpa, a b* value of 5 or lower and yellowness index of 8 or less. The polyimide film can be used as a display substrate or an optical film in a liquid crystal display (LCD), an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) and in other fields where the characteristic features are required.

The present invention relates to an adhesive and soluble adhesive bandage or patch comprising a soluble film of natural origin with high mineral content. The soluble film comprises from 20 to 90 wt % of mineral filler and wherein the mineral filler content level is higher than the polysaccharide content level. THERMOPLASTIC FILM AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A thermoplastic film composed of a single-layer of thermally fuse film. The single-layer of thermally fuse film has a melting point of 50° C.-160° C. and a Shore hardness ranges from 40 A-80 A. The present invention also provides another thermoplastic film, which has a multi-layer structure and the multi-layer structure from bottom to top, there are first thermally fuse film, second thermal fuse and third thermally fuse film. The thickness ratio of the first thermally fuse film, the second thermally fuse film and the third thermally fuse film is 1:1-2:1, in which the thermally fuse film, the first thermally fuse film, the second thermally fuse film, and the third thermally fuse film are thermoplastic polyurethane respectively, and thermoplastic polyurethane contains aromatic functional group or with aliphatic functional group.
TRANSFER FILM FOR TRANSFERRING COATING MATERIALS TO COMPONENTS
The invention relates to a polymeric film for coating plastics mouldings with a coating material, the polymeric film comprising an adhesion-modified layer and also a layer of the coating material; where the polymeric film together with the adhesion-modified layer and the layer of the coating material is formable at room temperature; where the coating material wholly or partly covers the adhesion-modified layer; and where the adhesion-modified layer has a layer thickness of at least 0.1 μm; and where the adhesion-modified layer is in direct contact with the coating material. The invention further relates to uses of the polymeric film of the invention, to methods for its production and to methods for coating components using the polymeric film of the invention.
HEAT-SHRINKABLE POLYESTER-BASED FILM ROLL
The present invention aims to provide a heat-shrinkable polyester film roll having decreased generation of wrinkles or longitudinal shrink mark. The present invention provides a film roll of a heat shrinkable polyester film, wherein a polyester of the polyester film contains recycled raw material from a PET bottle and an acid component of the polyester comprises isophthalic acid, and the film roll satisfies a specific average value of a shrinkage, specific isophthalic acid ratio, and specific thickness unevenness.
BIAXIALLY ORIENTED POLYESTER FILM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
The invention provides a biaxially oriented polyester film having excellent impact strength and heat resistance and a method for producing same. The method comprises (A) melt-extruding a composition comprising polyester resin for which Tc−(Tg+Tm)/2 is 25−30° C. to obtain unstretched polyester resin composition sheet, which (B) is heated at Tg+5 (° C.) to Tg+40 (° C.) of the polyester resin and stretched in the machine direction at 2×-6× to obtain uniaxially oriented polyester resin composition film, which (C) is heated at Tc−46 (° C.) to Tc+25 (° C.) of the polyester resin and stretched in the transverse direction at 4×−8× to obtain biaxially oriented polyester resin composition film, which (D) undergoes relaxation at 3%-20% in the transverse direction as heated at Tm−40 (° C.) to Tm−5 (° C.) of the polyester resin.

Heat-shrinkable polyester film roll
The invention provides a heat-shrinkable polyester film roll containing a paper tube and a heat-shrinkable polyester film wound around the paper tube to form the heat-shrinkable polyester film roll, wherein (1) the film winding length is 2000-20000 m, (2) the film width is 400-2500 mm, (3) the film thickness is 5-30 μm, (4) unevenness in thickness in the film widthwise direction in a film roll surface layer part is 12% or less, (5) the paper tube has an inner diameter of 3 inches, a difference in clearance of the paper tube in a widthwise direction after removal of the film from the film roll is 0.5 mm or less, and a flat compressive strength of the paper tube after removal of the film is 1700 N/100 mm or more, and (6) the average value of winding hardness in the widthwise direction in the film roll surface layer part is 500-850.
ACRYLIC RESIN FILM AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
A resin film comprising a multilayer structure acrylic polymer and the film having an acid value of not more than 0.018 mmol/g in an acetone insoluble matter, an acid value of not more than 0.012 mmol/g in an acetone soluble matter, a glass transition temperature of not less than 80° C. and a thickness of 5 to 300 μm is obtained by a method comprising emulsion polymerization for producing a latex comprising multilayer structure acrylic polymer, coagulating the latex comprising the multilayer structure acrylic polymer to obtain a slurry, washing and dehydrating the slurry, drying the dehydrated slurry to remove the multilayer structure acrylic polymer, mixing 0 to 35% by mass of an acrylic resin and 65 to 100% by mass of the removed multilayer structure acrylic polymer and subjecting the resultant mixture melted to an extrusion molding.
