PICK-UP ATTACHMENT FOR A PREFERABLY SELF-PROPELLED FORAGE HARVESTER
A pick-up attachment for a preferably self-propelled forage harvester includes a pick-up rotor with pick-up implements (for picking up crops from the ground, wherein the pick-up rotor is assembled from several segments joined to one another in at least partly articulated relationship for adaptation to the contours of the ground.
Floatation System for Swathing Rake Attachable to a Baler
The present disclosure relates to a flotation system for swathing rakes, attachable to a baler. It includes a support structure configured to be connected to a baler and to a displacement means; at least one arm including a first end connected to a swathing rake and a second end connected, by means of a hinged articulated joint, to the support structure; the swathing rake; the hinged articulated joint and a flotation cylinder joined to the support structure and to the arm configured such that it acts in traction, absorbing a part of the weight of the arm, and therefore of the swathing rake joined thereto. It also includes support and displacement means and a suspension system for said means.
Collector for collecting harvested material
The invention relates to a collector (10) for harvested material having at least three movement devices (12) and at least one yoke (16) interconnecting the movement devices (12). Supporting elements (18) are additionally provided which are connected to the yoke (16) and/or the movement devices (12) and which have a shaft bushing (20) within which a shaft (22) is guided on which pick-up tools (24) for picking up harvested material are mounted. At least one additional movement device (12) is provided between two outer movement devices (12), the yoke (16) being elastically deformed so as to allow a vertical movementwith respect to the yolk axisof the additional movement device (12) relative to said outer movement devices (12).
Merger and pick-up header for a merger having an adjustable skid shoe
A merger apparatus including a pick-up header; a conveyor with a conveyor belt; a skid shoe disposed below the pick-up header and the conveyor; and an operative connection between the pick-up header and the skid shoe that enables the merger apparatus to articulate independently of an external frame underneath the conveyor, such that loose material transported by the conveyor belt that lags beneath the return side may fall to the ground keeping the return side of the conveyor belt free from obstructions.
TRACKING WHEEL PROTECTION
A pickup assembly of an agricultural harvester comprising a pickup assembly frame and tracking wheels. The tracking wheels are each supported for rotation by a tracking wheel support mechanism attached to the pickup assembly frame. The tracking wheel support mechanism comprises a support arm and a support member. A proximal end of the support arm is rotatably connected to the support member (320) about a support member axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the tracking wheel. The support arm is restrained against rotation relative to the support member by a frangible member which is configured to break when exposed to a predetermined load condition.
GRASS PICKUP HEADER
A pickup assembly for an agricultural harvester comprises a pickup assembly frame, a pickup unit carried by the pickup assembly frame and configured to pick up crop from a field, and at least one skid shoe, mounted below at least a portion of the pickup unit.
WIND GUARD LOCK FOR A GRASS PICKUP HEADER
A pickup assembly for an agricultural harvester includes a pickup assembly frame, a pickup unit configured to pick up crop, a feeding auger configured to receive the crop from the pickup unit and feed the crop towards a crop inlet of the harvester, and a wind guard assembly. The wind guard assembly includes a wind guard frame and a wind guard lifting mechanism coupled to the pickup assembly frame and the wind guard frame and including an actuator for lifting the wind guard frame from an operational configuration to a lifted configuration. The pickup assembly further includes a lock switch and an electronic circuit, operatively coupled to the lock switch and the actuator. The electronic circuit blocks control instructions from reaching the actuator when the lock switch is in an activated state and allows control instructions to reach the actuator when the lock switch is in a deactivated state.
Pick-up Apparatus for an Agricultural Harvester
A pick-up apparatus (10) for an agricultural harvester, with a main frame (11) designed to connect the pick-up apparatus (10) to the agricultural harvester, with a crop collector (12) which is attached to the main frame (11), the crop collector (12) being designed to pick up crops from a ground surface, and with a crop conveyor (13), which is attached to the main frame (11) via brackets (14) in such a way that the crop conveyor (13) is mounted rotatably on the brackets (14) and is pivotable together with the brackets (14) in relation to the main frame (11), wherein the crop conveyor (13) is designed, in conjunction with a floor plate (19), to convey the crops picked up by the crop collector (12), wherein at least one eccentric body (20) is attached to the main frame (11), on which body a respective bracket (14) is directly or indirectly supported, wherein the position of the at least one eccentric body (20) on the main frame (11) determines the distance between the crop conveyor (13) and the floor plate (19). FIG. 1
PICK-UP ATTACHMENT FOR A HARVESTING MACHINE
A pick-up attachment for a harvesting machine preferably for a field chopper, particularly preferably for a self-propelled field chopper, includes a pick-up rotor having pick-up tools for picking crop up from the ground, at least one guide element that rests on the ground, which element takes on the guidance of the pick-up rotor and guides it relative to the ground, and a machine frame that is connected to the pick-up rotor. The pick-up rotor is composed of multiple segments connected to one another at least partially in an articulated manner, for adaptation to the contours of the ground. At least one guidance system movably connects the pick-up rotor, in particular a segment of the pick-up rotor, to the machine frame of the pick-up attachment.
Floating rotor and auger arrangement of agricultural baler
An agricultural baler includes: a frame; a feeder system coupled with the frame and including: a floor; and a rotor and auger arrangement configured for moving between a first position and a second position, the rotor and auger arrangement being spaced farther apart from the floor in the second position relative to the first position.
