Railway sleeper and railway-sleeper manufacturing method
The present invention describes a railroad sleeper (1) for fixation of at least a pair of rails (2,2) of a railroad network, comprising a contact surface (3), wherein each rail of the pair of rails (2,2) is fixed spaced apart from each other, the railroad sleeper (1) being configured by comprising a hollow sector (4) delimited by association of the contact surface (3) with the anchorage walls (5,5), thus establishing a free portion (17) adjacent to the anchorage walls (5,5) and opposite the contact surface (3). The present invention further describes an embodiment in which the hollow sector (4) of the railroad sleeper is delimited by a support surface and the process of manufacturing a railroad sleeper.
Use of recycled packaging in polymer composite products
A polymer composite and its method of manufacture using a recycled multilayer material. An example of the recycled multilayer material is comprised of a polyethylene/polyethylene terephthalate/aluminum film that may be extruded with organic filler to obtain desirable performance in wood-substitute products such as deck boards, railing, fencing, pergolas, residential cladding/siding, sheet products, and other applications.

METHOD OF FORMING A REUSABLE SURGICAL IMPLEMENT
A reusable surgical implement is provided that is formed of a core positioned within an enclosure. The core is formed of a suitable rigid, and optionally flexible material to enable the implant to conform to the desired use for the implement in a surgical procedure. The material forming the enclosure is also stretchable and flexible to accommodate the configuration and/or any flexing of the core, and is biologically inert to enable the implant to be sterilized after use for use in subsequent surgical procedures while protecting the material forming the core. The enclosure can be molded around the core in separate portions or components using multiple molding steps to form an enclosure with the desired attributes.
AXLE STRUT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN AXLE STRUT
An axle strut for a vehicle having a shaft and two bearing regions. The axle strut has a supporting profile and two load-introducing elements. The supporting profile is formed from fiber reinforced plastics composite material. A first load-introducing element and a second load-introducing element are arranged at respective bearing region, and the supporting profile is arranged spatially between the two bearing regions. The supporting profile has a first connection area facing the first bearing region and a second connection area facing the second bearing region. Every load-introducing element has a receptacle. The supporting profile is connected by its first connection area and by the receptacle of the first load-introducing element to the first load-introducing element by an adhesive connection, and the supporting profile is connected by its second connection area and by the receptacle of the second load-introducing element to the second load-introducing element by a further adhesive connection.
Collapsible plant support
A novel collapsible plant support includes a collapsible coil adapted to rest on a flat surface. In a particular embodiment, the collapsible plant support includes a plurality of vertical support structures coupled to the collapsible coil so as to provide additional support. In another particular embodiment, a collapsible plant support includes plant receptacle receiving element that supports both a collapsible coil and also a plant receptacle. In a more particular embodiment, the plant receptacle receiving element includes fluid ducts for connecting multiple plant receptacle receiving elements into a fluid network. In another embodiment, the coil is disposed within a helical sleeve coupled to a flexible, cylindrical mesh.
Equipment for sticking plastic parts of long rods
The invention discloses an equipment for sticking plastic parts of long rods, which includes a casing. The casing is provided with a clamping cavity. The clamping cavity is provided with a clamping device for clamping a fixed component and driving the component to rotate. A glue sticking box is slidably connected to the upper end surface of the chassis. The glue sticking box is provided with a glue sticking cavity communicating with the clamping cavity. The glue sticking cavity is provided with a tape for pulling out and pasting the tape. To the glue applying device on the part, a power device located behind the glue applying device is provided in the glue applying chamber, and the power device is used to drive the movement of the glue applying device. A cutting device located on the left side of the gluing device, and a supply device for storing and supplying adhesive tape on the left side of the cutting device is provided in the gluing chamber. The invention can realize automatic gluing of long-rod plastic parts. Can set different glue length, and more convenient to install and remove parts.
Tie rod and method for manufacturing a tie rod
A tie rod includes an elongate tie rod body of substantially uniform cross-section, the tie rod body comprising at least eight columns that run parallel to each other and are placed in a circumferential formation around a central axis of the tie rod.
Injection box for a pultrusion system for producing fibre-reinforced plastic profiles, in particular plastic rods
An injection box for a pultrusion system, the injection box comprising: a housing which has at least one fibre supply opening for supplying fibres, in particular glass fibres, carbon fibres or aramid fibres; an injection connection provided on the housing for injecting a liquid matrix material; and a delivery opening for delivering the fibres impregnated with the matrix material to a curing tool; wherein the output opening has a substantially circular cross-section.
Molding process and products formed thereby
