Rapid Cook Broiler with Movable Heat Shields for Improved Temperature Control
A rapid cook finish broiler with programmable, movable heat shields that open at the beginning of a cook cycle and close after a set period of time blocking much of the heat from heating elements from reaching food disposed below, enabling users to keep the heat source at a high setting, and having shelves with adjustable heights and a blower system that provides air flow to distribute and direct hot air onto food product to reduce cooking times.
Table-top cooking device
A table-top kitchen device, comprising a first food preparation chamber and at least a second food preparation chamber. The first and second food preparation chamber are operable simultaneously to prepare food that in use is received therein. The first and second food preparation chamber are physically separated from each other in such way that each chamber includes an autonomous cooking environment, wherein the cooking conditions, that is, a cooking method and/or at least one cooking parameter can differ per food preparation chamber.

SANDWICH MAKER
A sandwich maker includes a lower baking plate, a baking ring, an upper baking plate, a partition, and a heat insulation ring. The partition can be pulled out through a handle to separate the partition together with the heat insulation ring from the baking ring, so that the interiors of the lower baking plate, the baking ring and the upper baking plate communicate with each other. The sandwich maker can separate the ingredients for cooking and can directly assemble the ingredients to form a sandwich. The removed partition can be easily placed through the heat insulation ring without worrying that the partition may damage a tabletop.
GRILL
Grills configured with adjustable and moveable radiant barriers may include a body, a lid, a cooking grate, a combustion space within the body and two plates making up part of the adjustable and moveable radiant barriers. The first plate may include openings through which radiant heat may pass and the second plate may have similar openings. The lid and the body may form a cooking enclosure with the interior cooking grate being substantially parallel to both the first plate and the second plate. The two plates may be configured to move relative to one another such that the openings may alternatingly align and offset creating an adjustable rate of transmission of thermal radiation between the combustion space and the cooking grate. The plates of the radiant barriers may further be configured to move together relative to the body of the grill thereby varying the rate of transmission of thermal radiation between the combustion space and the cooking grate.
COOKING APPARATUS
Cooking apparatus configured as a grill-griddle having a body, a lid, a cooking grate, and a griddle are described. The grill-griddle may be arranged to have a combustion space within the body and an aperture in the cooking enclosure of the grill-griddle. The aperture may be on the side of the grill-griddle and allow one or more of the grill grate and the griddle to move in and out of the cooking enclosure. The grill-griddle configuration allows for the grill grate, the griddle, or both to move laterally through such transitions enabling enhanced control and flexibility in the cooking process.
MODULAR COOKING APPLIANCE
A modular cooking appliance for cooking a variety of foods has interchangeable tops and a base to receive the tops. The base has a burner that is fed from a fuel supply and controlled by a valve. The interchangeable tops mate to an open top. One of the interchangeable tops is a grill grate that fits in the open top. Another interchangeable top is a griddle with a flat cooking surface. The griddle mates to the open top and is kept spaced from the base to allow exhaust gases to escape. Another interchangeable top is a pizza oven with a stone portion and a dome portion. The stone portion directs exhaust gases from the burner into the dome portion.
AIR FRYER LINER
An air fryer liner of a unitary sheet of aluminum foil lining an interior of an air fryer inner basket including a circumferential liner floor with an outer edge positioned horizontally on a floor of the air fryer inner basket and liner walls extending vertically from the outer edge of the circumferential liner floor, covering walls of the air fryer inner basket.
Method for providing information on the cooking of a food item, and associated apparatus
Provided is an apparatus for cooking a food cooked by contact, characterized in that the apparatus is made to transmit information to a user after a period of time during which the food is heated by the resistor(s) has elapsed, said period of time depending on at least one value of the internal cooking temperature of the food, which is prestored in a memory of the apparatus at the factory prior to the first operational use thereof.
Radiation grill
A radiation grill unit (1) comprises (i) a food support unit (100), (ii) a radiation unit (200) that includes a reflector (210) (with reflector opening (223)) hosting an IR radiation heater (220), wherein the radiation unit (200) is configured to provide IR radiation (201) in a direction of the food support unit (100), and (iii) a radiation grill unit cavity (3) configured to host a drip tray (300). A radiation unit housing includes a convection channel between (i) a back side of the reflector, opposite a front side that reflects IR radiation in the direction of the food support unit, and (ii) an inner surface of the radiation unit housing. The housing further comprises a lower opening below a lower part edge of the reflector and an upper opening above an upper part edge of the reflector to define a lower end and an upper end, respectively, of the convection channel.
