A heating cylinder cover for covering a heating cylinder includes a temperature control mechanism in which at least a plurality of heating units are provided on an outer circumferential surface of a heating cylinder body along an axial direction. The heating cylinder cover includes a heat-retaining cover part that is integrally provided with a cover body part and a plurality of partition parts. The cover body part is attached to the heating cylinder thereby forming a predetermined covered space between the cover body part and the temperature control mechanism and covers at least an upper half part of the heating cylinder. The partition parts project from an inner surface of this cover body part toward the temperature control mechanism and divides the covered space into a plurality of closed spaces.

During winding, the hollow fiber membranes are stretched according to a stretching rate between 0.5% and 3.0% and then fixed at the ends to maintain the stretching.

A plate-shaped heat exchanger includes two frame parts, which peripherally surround one profiled heat-conducting element each, wherein the profiles of the profiled heat-conducting elements form channels in the connected state of the frame parts, through which channels a fluid can be conducted. In the connected state, the frame parts form at least two supply channels for feeding and leading away of fluid, from which supply channels openings extend to the channels of the profiled heat-conducting elements. The frame parts have at least one connection for the feeding and leading away of fluid for each supply channel, which connection can be connected to a connection of a frame part of a further heat exchanger.

PROCESS TO MANUFACTURE AN INTERCONNECTED STACK OF THERMOPLASTIC FRAMES

The invention is directed to a process to manufacture an interconnected stack of thermoplastic frames having two sides by stacking the thermoplastic frames to obtain a stack of frames such that the facing sides of two neighbouring frames are in contact with each other at a contact area. When stacking a longitudinal conduit is formed which runs along the length of the stack and a branched conduit is formed at the contact area. The interconnected stack of thermoplastic frames are obtained by supplying a pressurised melt of a plastic material to the elongated conduit and branched conduits.
