Method for Processing PVC Ball
The present disclosure provides a method for processing a PVC ball, including: Step A: carrying out a first ball shaping of a PVC paste located inside a first mold using a roto-cast machine or a rotational molding machine, to produce a hollow PVC ball; Step B: charging a gas to an interior of the shaped ball, so that the ball has an external diameter equal to a diameter of an inner cavity of a second mold; and Step C: placing the gas-charged ball into the second mold, then carrying out a second texture shaping of the shaped gas-charged ball located inside the second mold using the roto-cast machine or the rotational molding machine, to produce a texture on a surface of the shaped PVC ball. This method can produce a PVC ball having a predetermined texture and a predetermined pattern.
Low-Pressure Molding System
The present invention relates to extrusion molding machines and methods of producing extrusion molded parts and, more particularly, to extrusion molding machines that adjust operating parameters of the extrusion molding machine during an extrusion molding run to account for changes in material properties and pressures of the extrusion material and methods of accounting for changes in extrusion molding material properties during an extrusion molding run and/or compounding of materials.
Closed cell foam article and manufacturing method
Closed cell foam articles, such as sports balls, and related manufacturing methods are disclosed herein. The article includes a main body made of closed-cell elastomeric resin foam having a density ranging between about 0.050 sg and about 0.800 sg after curing. Some articles are assembled by inserting a cured core into a main body so that the core is secured in the main body via an interference fit, and the core has one or more portions extending to the exterior surface of the main body such that the an exposed surface of the one or more exposed portions of the core blend substantially with the exterior surface of the main body.
Three-dimensional printing by polyhedral shape approximation
In a method for providing a three-dimensional object, the method includes the steps of providing a representation of the three-dimensional object; determining a polygon mesh of a polyhedral resembling the object, wherein the polyhedral fits within the object; determining a surface difference between an outer surface of the object and an outer surface of the polyhedral; defining a relief layer corresponding to the polygon mesh based on said surface difference; instructing a printing assembly to provide the relief layer; and folding the relief layer in accordance with the polygon mesh to form the polyhedral resembling the three-dimensional object. Thus, using a printing assembly to print two-dimensional layers, a three-dimensional object may be provided or at least approximated.
System and method for producing toy balls for pets
A method of producing toy balls for pets, including: manufacturing distorted sphere balls with an opening in the distorted area using injection molding; sealing the opening of the distorted sphere balls to form uni-body sphere-shaped balls. The material used in the production of these toys can be rubber, thermoplastic elastomers, or thermoplastic rubber. This method allows to manufacture toy balls with no detached parts in the case of broken joints when the balls are chewed or torn apart by the pets. Thus, the ball can help to keep the pets from endangering themselves by swallowing detached parts of pet toy balls.
BALL AND METHOD FOR ITS MANUFACTURE
Described are balls, in particular a football, and a method for its manufacture. The ball comprises particles of an expanded material. As examples, the particles are connected, at least partially, to each other by radio frequency welding and/or infrared welding. As examples, the ball has a first layer of the particles of the expanded material, wherein the first layer is provided as an outer shell.
PVC Ball with Multi-Layer Structure and Device for Manufacturing PVC Ball
A PVC ball with a multi-layer structure, wherein the ball skin layer of the PVC ball is used as the outer ball skin, and the second PVC ball skin layer is used as the inner ball skin. The inner wall of the first PVC ball skin layer is fused with the outer wall of the second PVC ball skin layer; an air nozzle is inserted and connected to an inflation nozzle structure of the first PVC ball skin layer and the second PVC ball skin layer. The upper mold and the lower mold of the device are provided with closed mold fasteners for controlling opening and closing. One end of the rotation shaft is connected to the lower mold, the other end of the rotation shaft is rotatably connected to the mold frame, and one end of the revolution shaft is rotatably connected to the mold frame.
Method of Manufacturing Seamless Inflatable Ball
A method of manufacturing a seamless inflatable ball contains: 1) inflating air into a preformed body so as to form a spherical body and covering a medium layer on the spherical body so as to form a semi-finished part; 2) forming a fluidic surface material on the medium layer of the semi-finished part in a predetermined thickness so as to produce a spherical portion with a covering layer; 3) placing the spherical portion into two ball molds; and 4) partially discharging air out of the spherical body and inflating the air into the spherical body repeatedly. In the step 3), the spherical portion is clamped in the two ball molds, and after the fluidic surface material is dried or is solidified to form a solid layer on the spherical portion, the spherical portion is removed from the two ball molds, thus forming a sphere.
SPORTS TRAINING BALL
A sports ball comprising a transparent outer wall surrounding a hollow cavity and defining a geometric center, and a central core object suspended at the geometric center of the hollow cavity. The ball may have the shape of a sphere having a center point, with the central core object suspended at the center point of the sphere. In other cases, the ball may be oblong or ellipsoid, with the central core object suspended at the center points of the respective major and minor axes of the ellipsoid. The transparent outer wall of the ball may be elastically deformable, and may be comprised of a transparent inflatable bladder contiguous with an inner surface of a transparent outer skin. The transparent outer skin may be comprised of a plurality of outer facets joined together, such as by sewing.
