Mobile device for recovery and on site storage of used cooking oil
A mobile machine for recovery and on site storage of used cooking oil with reservoir, detachable pump, oil reservoir, wand, wand filter, casters, hoses, fittings, withdrawal port, and oil level determination means.
COOKING OIL FILTRATION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A used cooking oil filtration system (100) includes a housing (102) defining an interior space (104), a gas source (130), a gas inlet (134) fluidly coupled to the gas source (130) to permit the introduction of a gas to the interior space (104) of the housing (102). The housing (102) further includes a fluid inlet (108), a fluid outlet (114), and filter media (116) disposed proximate the fluid outlet (114). The housing (102) is at least partially immersed in used cooking oil (150) and gas pressure in the interior space is maintained at a first pressure level at which used cooking oil flows into the interior space. The gas source (130) increases the gas pressure in the interior space to a second pressure level at which the used cooking oil flows through the filter media and exits the housing (102) through the fluid outlet (114). Flowing the used cooling oil through the filter media (116) reduces the concentration of one or more contaminants present at a first contaminant level in the used cooking oil to a second contaminant level.
AIR FRYER
The present invention related to an air fryer, which is designed for solving technical matters existed among current similar products, such as weak structure design, safety and oil filter structures which need to be further improved. The pot body of the air fryer is integrated by pot housing, inner pot, outer pot and handle, and the engine body is integrated by upper casing, lower casing and base; the key point that is the inner diameter bottom of inner pot is equipped with oil-filter screen that is fixed by the clips inside the hole of inner pot; the handle and the pot housing is integrated through locking plate. The locking plate is L-shaped, with one end stick into the pot housing and fit with the metal sheet on the inner wall of the pot housing, and the other end against the locking sheet through tilted cover. The locking sheet at the handle side is tilted. When pressing the locking sheet, the locking plate will be driven by the tilted cover to rotate. When place the pot body into the engine body, the hook of the pot housing will fit with the hook hole of the base; the upper casing corresponding to the limiting diagonal bar of the handle is equipped with column plate, and the limiting column inside the upper casing sticks out of the column plate through the spring and against the slope side of the limiting diagonal bar.
Electric cooking device
An electric cooking device (1) includes a plurality of electric cookers (11) which are capable of cooking ingredients therein independently, in which adjacent electric cookers (11) are detachably connected with each other.
Wide flanged frying/cooking device with stand and safety plate
A cooking structure with unique abilities of frying, staging, draining and warming foods. This cooking device comprises an oil reservoir, a staging/draining flange, and a warming flange.
Automatic fryer with oil-based product movement and reduced oil volume
A cooking system in the form of a fryer is provided to reduce and/or optimize the amount of cooking medium required to operate the fryer, while improving the reliability of movement of food product through the cooking system during a cooking process. To this end, the cooking vat of the system is designed with one or more heating elements positioned to avoid generation of turbulent flow in the cooking medium. Moreover, the movement of food product along the cooking vat and/or out of the cooking vat is done reliably and in such a manner to avoid turbulent flow in the cooking medium. The automatic cooking system provides improved cooking medium life span as well as reduced overall oil volume use.
Air Fryer
An air fryer system is disclosed which comprises a base having a heating source and an air source located therein, both sources being supplied power for operation by an AC power cord. A cooking chamber is defined within the base and a cooking drawer fits securely within the cooking chamber to substantially seal the chamber against heat loss during use. A handled food basket which detachably secures to the cooking drawer is configured to facilitate even distribution of heated air within the cooking chamber. A digital, touch screen user interface attached to a surface of the base is electronically coupled to a controller for powering on the fryer system and setting cooking conditions. The preferred system also includes infrared heating, time and temperature controls, and an automatic safety shutoff mechanism.
Fluid sensor and control system
A capacitive sensor and control system is configured to detect the presence (or absence) of fluid within a container. Configured in a vat or frypot of a deep fryer, the sensor determines when a level of liquid within the frypot is at or above the level of the sensor. The sensor is in communication with the control system and the sensor sends a signal to the control system representative of the presence or absence of liquid within the frypot and at the level of the sensor. The controller receives the signal from the sensor, and allows operation of the one or more heat sources for heating the frypot when the signal received from the sensor is representative of liquid being disposed within the frypot at or above the level of the sensor, and prevents operation of the one or more heat sources when the signal received from the sensor indicates that liquid is not disposed within the frypot at or above the level of the sensor.
Liquid movement and control within a rotatable container for food preparation
An apparatus and method for controlling the movement of liquids into and out of a container is described. The cleanable, portable, fully automated apparatus includes a main container for holding the food product, a liquid inlet container having a liquid inlet and inlet valve for controllably providing liquid into the main container and a liquid outlet container receiving liquid drained from the main container. A heater automatically heats the main container and a motor rotates or otherwise moves the main container and a receiving position for receiving fresh liquid from the inlet container to a drainage position for draining waste liquid via gravity from the main container into the outlet container. This rotation/movement of the main container can be used repeatedly to add fresh liquid and remove waste liquid during multiple fully automated cycles (e.g., sprouting, rinsing, soaking, cooking, etc.) that do not require user interaction.
COOKING DEVICE AND METHOD OF COOKING FOOD ITEM BASED ON PREDICTING FOOD CORE TEMPERATURE
The invention provides a cooking device comprising a heating chamber (10), a heating element (12) for heating a cooking medium in the heating chamber, a temperature sensor (14) for monitoring a temperature of the cooking medium over time, and a mass sensor (16) for monitoring a mass of a food item to be cooked in the heating chamber over time. The cooking device also comprises a controller (18) for processing information from the mass sensor and temperature sensor to provide a prediction of the food item core temperature and to control a cooking process in dependence on the predicted food item core temperature.
