The present disclosure relates to systems, apparatuses, and methods for assembling cartridges for aerosol delivery devices. A system may include assembly cells each including an assembly track and assembly carriages that ride thereon and which engage components of partially-assembled cartridges. A transfer apparatus may transfer partially-assembled cartridges between the assembly cells. In another example system, cartridges may be assembled on platforms on a rotary track. The platforms may include assembly grippers with sequentially-opening clamps configured to receive the components of the partially-assembled cartridges. Related methods are also provided.

The aerosol-cooling element comprises an extruded member (100) having a length (108), and comprising an external surface (104) defining the perimeter of a cross section perpendicular to the length of the extruded member; and an internal surface (102) defining one or more pathways (110) through the length of the extruded member. The internal surface or the external surface or both the internal surface and the external surface comprise surface irregularities.
EXTRUSION MOLD FOR FABRICATING AEROSOL-GENERATING ARTICLE
An extrusion mold for fabricating an aerosol-generating article is provided. The extrusion mold includes a first form cavity and a plurality of first forming columns. The first form cavity is provided with a first side wall, the first side wall is provided with at least one extrusion gap, and the extrusion gap includes a first extrusion gap. The plurality of first forming columns are arranged on the first side wall at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first form cavity, and each of the first forming columns protrudes towards the interior of the first form cavity, such that a first extrusion gap is defined between each two adjacent first forming columns.
