MOLD DEVICE FOR KIDS
The present invention relates to a mould (1) for kids for making jewelry from a granular water-sensitive product, comprising: a hollow body (2) having an opening (3) defining a respective forming zone; a first element (4) combined with the hollow body (2) for closing-opening the opening (3) at a first side of the forming zone; a second element (5) combined with the hollow body (2) for closing, and possibly opening, the opening (3) at a second side of the forming zone; wherein at least one among the hollow body (2), the first element (4) and the second element (5) comprises a plurality of holes (6) which are open in the forming zone, such that the forming zone is fluidically communicating with the environment outside of the mould (1).
Rapid 3D continuous printing of casting molds for metals and other materials
A method of forming a three-dimensional object useful as a casting mold is carried out by providing a carrier and an optically transparent member having a build surface, the carrier and the build surface defining a build region therebetween; filling the build region with a liquid photocurable ceramic resin; irradiating the build region through the optically transparent member to form a solid polymer from the polymerizable liquid and advancing the carrier away from the build surface to form the three-dimensional object from the solid polymer, while also concurrently with the irradiating and/or advancing steps: (i) continuously maintaining a dead zone of polymerizable liquid in contact with the build surface, and (ii) continuously maintaining a gradient of polymerization zone between the dead zone and the solid polymer and in contact with each thereof. The gradient of polymerization zone comprises the polymerizable liquid in partially cured form (e.g., so that the formation of fault or cleavage lines between layers of solid polymer in the three-dimensional object is reduced). Apparatus for carrying out the method is also described.
PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING WEARABLE RING FORM FACTOR
Methods, systems, and devices for manufacturing a wearable device are described. A method for manufacturing a wearable device may include coupling a printed circuit board (PCB) to an inner ring-shaped housing that contains a plurality of apertures by aligning a plurality of sensors of the PCB with the plurality of apertures. The method may also include coupling an outer ring-shaped housing to the inner ring-shaped housing by surrounding the inner ring-shaped housing with the outer ring-shaped housing. Additionally, the method may include injecting a filler material through an additional aperture of the outer ring-shaped housing to fill a cavity defined by the inner ring-shaped housing and the outer ring-shaped housing, filling at least a portion of the plurality of the inner ring-shaped housing with the filler material.
Process of manufacturing of adornment artifacts using recycled strings of tennis rackets
The present innovation is an innovative process for the manufacturing of jewelry or jewels with silver or gold adornments, such as bracelets, necklaces, earrings, pendants, among other artifacts, from the re-utilization of strings of tennis rackets disposed of by players, forming a polymer mass that is treated to generate the pieces, such as beads, which make up the final artifact.
VENTED RING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A vented finger ring and its method of manufacture are provided. The vented ring includes an outer ring portion, an inner ring portion, and an anti-stretch element positioned between the outer ring portion and the inner ring portion. The inner ring portion includes lateral grooves connected to inner grooves, the connected lateral grooves and inner grooves forming at least one fluid conduit from a first side of the vented ring to a second side of the vented ring. The method includes injecting a first material into a first mold to form an outer ring portion, injecting a second material into a second mold to form an inner ring portion, and positioning an anti-stretch element between the outer ring portion and the inner ring portion. The second mold includes at least one feature on a surface thereof, the at least one feature corresponding to connected lateral grooves and inner grooves on an inner surface of the inner ring portion.
Vented ring and method
A vented or decorative finger ring and its method of manufacture that employs a co-injection mold casting of the vented or decorative finger ring that is formed with joined outer and inner rings where the inner ring includes a plurality of interconnected lateral and longitudinal slots or grooves, where the lateral slots or grooves are space apart and extend from the inner ring edges that each connect to a series of linked longitudinal slots or grooves formed around the inner ring that extend to the inner surface of the outer ring, forming air flow paths across the inner ring, between the inner ring edges.
Memorial object for preserving cremains and methods to produce
This device is a memorial product manufactured with cremation remains encased in various non-glass materials. A is the making of a special impression molding device from an original form of a person, pet or special object, alive or deceased, and processing this form as a memorial and a vessel made from cremation ashes. The final restoration can be accurate and well adapted from the initial impression. Then a cementitious or plaster of Paris mix is used for the purposes of making the memorial product from the impressions. A ratio of water to cementitious material and other additives are suitable. The mix flows well into the pits, fissures and undercuts. It shows impeccable details. If desired, a finish seal, paint, electro-plate, or metal leaf can be utilized as a finish.
LOOP MOLD FOR WEARABLE DEVICE MANUFACTURING
Methods, systems, and devices for manufacturing of a wearable ring device are described. Generally, the techniques described herein may support a manufacturing process that reduces manufacturing complexities and deformities. For example, a deformable band may be positioned (e.g., by a manufacturing system) through an inner circumference of an inner housing of a wearable ring device. The manufacturing system may stretch the deformable band to create tension across at least a portion of the inner housing member, the tension including at least axial tension across one or more cutouts in the inner housing member. Accordingly, the manufacturing system may inject a fillable material through an opening in the wearable ring device, such that the fillable material fills a cavity between the inner housing member and an outer housing member of the wearable device and fills the one or more cutouts, contacting the deformable band, without further deforming the deformable band.
Method for producing jewelry from human milk and an epoxy resin
A method for producing jewelry from human milk and an epoxy resin involving mixing human milk with a transparent epoxy resin, placing it in the mold and allowing it to harden, in which an epoxy resin and an amine hardener are used, wherein a quantity of cysteine and/or serine equal to at least 0.1 percent by weight of the milk is first added to human milk and the resulting mixture is introduced into the mixture of an epoxy resin with an amine hardener in an amount between 0.1 percent and 40 percent by volume of the mixture of an epoxy resin and a hardener.
