Stabilizer bar adhesive mount for a vehicle stabilizer bar, vehicle stabilizer bar having a stabilizer bar adhesive mount, and method for forming a stabilizer bar adhesive mount on a vehicle stabilizer bar
A stabilizer adhesive bearing for a vehicle stabilizer may comprise an annular sleeve having a resilient inner contour for coaxial arrangement on the vehicle stabilizer. The resilient inner contour of the annular sleeve may comprise on a side facing the vehicle stabilizer a three-dimensionally structured surface with an adhesive receiving volume. The three-dimensionally structured surface has a maximum roughness depth (R.sub.max) greater than 45 μm and a core roughness depth (R.sub.K) of at least 65% relative to the maximum roughness depth (R.sub.max) of the three-dimensionally structured surface. The maximum roughness depth (R.sub.max) is a total of the reduced tip height (R.sub.pk), the core roughness depth (R.sub.K), and the reduced groove depth (R.sub.vk). Further, the reduced tip height (R.sub.pk), the reduced groove depth (R.sub.vk), and the core roughness depth (R.sub.K) may be determined in accordance with EN ISO 13565-2: December 1997.
VIBRATION ISOLATING AND DAMPING MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A vibration isolating and damping member that is excellent in mechanical properties such as high-temperature durability, is excellent in reusability, and is capable of reducing manufacturing costs, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The vibration isolating and damping member is formed of polyurethane, a polyol component of the polyurethane includes a polyester-based polyol excluding a short-chain polyol, an isocyanate component of the polyurethane contains 1,5-naphthalenediisocyanate as a main component, and the vibration isolating and damping member is formed of a foam of a thermoplastic urethane composition having an NCO index of 0.9 to 1.04.
COUPLER FOR AIR SUSPENSION AND APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A method of manufacturing a coupler for an air suspension includes: preparing a topping cord sheet and a rubber band; connecting the topping cord sheet and the rubber band to each other by attaching the rubber band to an outer circumferential surface of the topping cord sheet; and vulcanizing an intermediately formed body made by the connecting of the topping cord sheet and the rubber band to each other.
PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING A LEAF SPRING AND INSERT FOR LEAF SPRING
An insert to a mold for a leaf spring comprises a substrate and a hole that extends through the substrate, A post protrudes from the substrate such that the insert, may be coupled to the mold. Further, the post covers the hole on a first end, so the hole is not exposed. On the other end of the hole, a thin overlay that covers the hole. Thus, during a process where resin is added to the mold, no resin enters the hole. The insert, when added to a leaf spring, offers reinforcement on areas where there is high stress. Therefore, holes may be added to a leaf spring at areas of high stress without overly weakening the leaf spring.
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SPRING PAD FOR AUTOMOBILE SUSPENSION SYSTEM USING FOAM INJECTION MOLDING
Disclosed herein is a manufacturing method of a spring pad interposed among a spring used in an automobile suspension system and an upper sheet and a lower sheet for supporting the spring, wherein the spring pad includes an insulator getting in contact with the spring to absorb shock and forming a body of the spring pad, and is manufactured through foam injection molding of the insulator to be lightweight.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A COMPOSITE PROFILED SECTION AND COMPOSITE PROFILED SECTION
The invention concerns a method for the production of a composite profiled section (3) comprising a core (1) and a shell (2), in particular intended for use as a reinforcing element or reinforcing rod in a, preferably thermoplastic, plastic material and/or for use as a reinforcing rod for a spring clip (11), wherein the shell (2) has shell fibres (4) which are laid around the circumference of the core (1), wherein, subsequent to the application of the shell fibres (4) to the core (1), at least one supporting fibre (5) is wound around the shell fibres (4) applied to the core (1) by means of a winding device for the production of a preformed pre-composite profiled section (6). As an alternative and/or in addition thereto, a method for producing an aforementioned composite profiled section (3) is provided, wherein the core (1) is produced continuously by foam extrusion with at least one extruder.
Bound stopper and production method therefor
The present invention is to provide a bound stopper, which has high mechanical strength, is excellent in durability against fatigue breaking, settling or the like when a heavy load is repeatedly received, and is easy to be produced, in which the bound stopper comprises a polyurethane foam obtained from a polyurethane foam composition containing an isocyanate component and a blowing agent, and the isocyanate component contains a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group, the urethane prepolymer being obtained from a polyol component, a polyrotaxane containing a cyclic molecule having an active hydrogen group as a constituent, and an isocyanate.
The three-dimensionally structured surface has a maximum roughness depth (R.sub.max) greater than 45 m and a core roughness depth (R.sub.K) of at least 65% relative to the maximum roughness depth (R.sub.max) of the three-dimensionally structured surface. The maximum roughness depth (R.sub.max) is a total of the reduced tip height (R.sub.pk) and the reduced groove depth (R.sub.vk). Further, the reduced tip height (R.sub.pk), the reduced groove depth (R.sub.vk), and the core roughness depth (R.sub.K) may be determined in accordance with EN ISO 13565-2: December 1997.
Method of making carbon fiber wave spring
A method of making a carbon fiber wave spring includes forming a disc-shaped ring from prepreg carbon fibers. The disc-shaped ring is then formed into a desired wave shape. The disc-shaped ring in the wave shape is then cured to form a wave spring.
