The compartment upper cover is arranged with a plastic upper cover layer, an outer surface of the cylinder body is wrapped with a plastic lower cover layer, and the plastic upper cover layer is combined with the plastic lower cover layer to fasten and wrap the compartment upper cover and the cylinder body.
