Hydraulic machine

The present disclosure discloses a hydraulic machine including a support assembly and a main cylinder device connected with the support assembly. The main cylinder device includes at least two main cylinder assemblies and at least two piston rods respectively. The at least two piston rods are opposite to each other and move along opposite directions and on the same straight line. A support worktable device is disposed on the support assembly and spaced with the main cylinder device. At least two pressing mechanisms are formed between the support worktable device and the at least two main cylinder assemblies or between the support worktable device and the at least two piston rods. The at least two pressing mechanisms are configured for pressing work pieces simultaneously.

A hydraulic press includes a press assembly moveable in relation to a support assembly by actuation of an actuator to provide a compressive force between the top platen and the bottom platen. The press assembly includes a top platen, a counter balance, and at least one platen guide rod interconnected between the top platen and the counter balance. The support assembly includes a bottom platen, a base frame, and at least one counter balance guide rod interconnected between the bottom platen and the base frame. The actuator is mounted between the bottom plate and the counter balance. The actuator is interchangeable with another actuator to change the compressive force of the hydraulic press.

Actuator device

An actuator device includes two drive units for an actuator output element. The first drive unit has a first piston chamber and a first piston displaceable therein and also first hydraulic means for displacing the piston. The second drive unit has a second piston chamber and a second piston displaceable therein and also second hydraulic or pneumatic means for displacing the piston. The second piston is joined to the actuator output element for conjoint movement therewith and can be coupled to the first piston for thrust, so that the second piston is displaceable in an outward direction by the first piston. The first drive unit is configured for a larger thrust force than the second drive unit, while the second drive unit is designed for a greater stroke speed than the first drive unit.

Actuator device

The high-pressure piston-cylinder assembly is sealed by one seal having a helical coiled sealing ring structure tightly encircling the piston, and another seal encircling a cylindrical sealing block protruded from the base and into the cylinder. The resulting piston-cylinder assembly can be more effectively manufactured, has better durability and tolerance in high-pressure operation.
