AUTOMATED DOOR ASSEMBLY AND METHODS, PRESS USED THEREWITH, AND ADHESIVE THEREFOR
A door pressing system for pressing interior passage doors, exterior entry doors, bi-fold doors, and/or closet doors features a multi-door pressing station including first and second presses, a loading device, and a discharging device. The pressing station is configured to alternatively move the first and second presses into operative alignment with the loading and discharging devices. The press in operative alignment delivers a pressed assembled door to the discharging device and receives an assembled door layup to be pressed from the loading device. The other press that is out of operatively alignment presses an assembled door received therein. Additional methods and systems are also provided.
HOT PLATE STRUCTURE OF PRESS MOLDING DEVICE AND CONTINUOUS MOLDING METHOD USING SAME
The present invention relates to a hot plate structure of a press molding device, and a continuous molding method using the same. The continuous molding method continuously performs primary and secondary overlapping molding operations on the basis of a length unit which is smaller than a set length unit (cutting width) and accordingly cancels out a boundary part, thereby being capable of improving the thickness difference of the boundary part and thus enabling uniform physical properties to be obtained. The hot plate structure comprises a protrusion part which protrudes by lengthening both sides of a hot plate to the outside of a chamber, wherein the protrusion part is formed at a thinner thickness than the thickness of the hot plate within the chamber so that the pressure and temperature applied to the protrusion part are lower than the pressure and temperature applied through the hot plate within the chamber even if the molding operations are performed with the same time and conditions (pressure, temperature, etc.), whereby due to air cooling and temperature control effects, sheet transformation can be inhibited and bubbling can be controlled during the continuous operations through the aforesaid secondary overlapping molding operation.

Apparatus and method for recycling bituminous material bodies by melting
The invention shows an apparatus for recycling bituminous material bodies by melting, in particular for recycling bituminous composite material bodies comprising a composite material and a bituminous material, in particular roofing materials, in particular in the form of bituminous covering layers of roofing sheets, the apparatus including: a vessel having a vessel wall surrounding an interior space of the vessel extending along a vertical axis of the vessel for receiving the bituminous material bodies, a bottom plate and a compression plate extending transverse to the vertical axis wherein at least the compression plate has a number of through flow orifices adapted to allow a through flow of molten bituminous material, wherein the plates are movable along the vertical axis such that in a first operating state the compression plate is in a middle position for forming a melting space of larger size between the compression plate and the bottom plate for melting bituminous material in the melting space wherein the bottom plate is in a melting position, in a second operating state the compression plate is in a lower position for forming a compression space of minor size between the compression plate and the bottom plate for compressing solid residues and/or solid composite material in the compression space, and
wherein
molten bituminous material is retained in a storing space above the compression plate for storing and/or discharging bituminous material, wherein the bottom plate is in a compression position, wherein the compression plate is movable from the middle position to the lower position.
Molding apparatus for grp door skin
A molding apparatus for a GRP door skin is provided. The molding apparatus is configured to form a GRP door skin of a completed product by molding a GRP door skin in a forming mold, and inserting the formed GRP door skin into a trimming removing part through a robot.
CURING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CURING PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE APPLIED TO PRODUCTS
The present disclosure provides a compact curing assembly that receives folded and glued booklets for storing these booklets under pressure and subsequently feeds these booklets to a post-processor (i.e. inspection system) after each booklet is completely cured. A first pressure plate can keep stacked booklets under pressure as newly input booklets or products enter the curing assembly and push the entire stack of booklets. A second pressure plate can apply pressure to a trailing edge of the stacked booklets as the booklets are discharged from the curing assembly.
