METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF A COMBUSTION CHAMBER TUBE FOR RESTRAINT SYSTEMS IN VEHICLES AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE METHOD
A method and device for production of a combustion chamber tube for restraint systems in vehicles. The combustion chamber tube is embossed by several embossing dies arranged stellate around the combustion chamber tube and movable by an annular compression module with several punches movable in synchronized fashion in the radial direction and two inner punches extending into the ends of the combustion chamber tube, each with a support mandrel and a shaping mandrel movable relative to support mandrel. The combustion chamber tube is embossed from the outside by the embossing dies radially movable via punches against the support mandrels and the ends of the combustion chamber tube are shaped by shaping mandrels movable relative to support mandrels when the embossing dies are closed.

Square baler
A square baler having a baling chamber of which the side walls are movable by respective hydraulic cylinders. The supply of hydraulic fluid to and from the two hydraulic cylinders is effected by a common control circuit that ensures that the two sides walls are displaced in synchronism with one another by equal and opposite amounts.

Connector Fixture and Connector Detection System
A connector fixture includes a fixed seat, a rotating shaft passing through and rotatably installed on the fixed seat, an installation block fixed to the rotating shaft and having radial sliding slots, clamping jaws slidably installed in the radial sliding slots, a transmission component sleeved on and movable with respect to the rotating shaft, and a driving member sleeved on and driving the transmission component. The transmission component has an installation hole with grooves. An end of the rotating shaft is inserted into the installation hole and the clamping jaws are in the grooves. A first inclined plane is formed on the clamping jaws and a second inclined plane is formed on the grooves. The second inclined plate is mated with the first inclined plane to convert an axial movement of the transmission component into a radial movement of the clamping jaws to clamp a connector with the clamping jaws.
CRIMPER DEVICE
A crimper device can facilitate sheathing of a stent frame for vascular delivery. The device can include first and second components that rotate relative to each other to drive radial movement of one or more compression members of the device. The one or more compression members can direct and balance a compressive force within an aperture of the device. In use, the stent frame can be positioned within the aperture and be compacted by actuation of the compression members.
RADIAL COMPRESSION DEVICE WITH CONSTRAINED DIES
A radial compression mechanism includes a constraining structure with a cut-out defined by a plurality of bearing surfaces. A plurality of die are carried by the constraining structure and arranged in a circular pattern about a central axis. Each die has a base side positioned in parallel juxtaposition to a corresponding bearing surface and each die is constrained to move reciprocally and linearly along the corresponding bearing surface. Working surfaces of the plurality of die cooperate to form a cavity that is movable between an open position and a closed position. A driving mechanism is coupled to at least one of the plurality of die to drive all of the die in unison between the open position and the closed position.
RADIAL PRESS
A radial press is provided, the radial press having a frame structure, a pressing tool, a drive unit, and a press control. The pressing tool comprises a plurality of pressing elements which are disposed uniformly concentrically around a press axis and have pressing surfaces. During the appropriate activation of the drive unit, the pressing elements can be moved synchronously as required towards or away from the press axis. To this end, at least two measured value recorders, which are connected for signal transmission purposes to a comparator associated with the press control, are disposed on the pressing tool at positions spaced apart from one another in the direction of the press axis (A). When the comparative value, generated by the comparator, of the measured values provided by the measured value recorders exceeds a tolerance range stored in the press control, an activation of the signal output unit is triggered.
