A dosing device dispenses predetermined doses of ground coffee into a filter holder of an espresso coffee machine. The dosing device includes a carousel body formed by plural compartments sized to hold respective p doses of ground coffee. Each compartment includes a top opening and a bottom provided with members for opening and closing thereof. The carousel body can be displaced between a first position, in which the top of one of the compartments is at a discharge conduit of ground coffee and a second position in which the bottom of the compartment is positioned above the filter holder. The dosing device disclosurecan arrange doses of ground coffee, different from each other, preparing different types of beverage, within respective containment compartments, select the dose for the beverage, select the compartment that contains it, move the compartment to the filter holder, and supply the selected dose to the filter holder.

The dispenser may have a dispenser wall about a central axis and with a dispenser window. The grinder portion may have a platform with a plurality of holes and a second plurality of teeth facing the upper body. The chute may be rotatably coupled to the dispenser wall about a chute axis. The chute may be configured to cover the dispenser window in a closed configuration and rotate about the chute axis to uncover at least a portion of the dispenser window in an open configuration. The grinder portion may be part of or separate from the dispenser.
A GRINDING DEVICE FOR GRINDABLE PRODUCTS
A grinding device for grindable products includes movable and fixed grinding assemblies. The movable grinding assembly includes a rotationally integral casing and a grinder including a grinding cone with a grinding surface. The fixed grinding assembly includes a counter-grinder and a coupling member. The casing includes a cylindrical jacket and is closed at one end, including openings for dispensing a ground product. The counter-grinder has a hollow cylindrical body with an inner grinding surface. The grinder is inserted into the hollow cylindrical body of the counter-grinder to allow the respective grinding surfaces to cooperate. The coupling member includes an open ended cylindrical body connecting with the container and an adjustment portion cooperating with the casing for adjusting the movable grinding assembly with respect to the fixed grinding assembly. The grinder and the counter-grinder are substantially rigid, and the casing and the coupling member are substantially flexible.

A manual meat grinder is provided. The manual meat grinder includes a bottom cover and an upper cover. The bottom cover includes lower grinding teeth disposed at intervals, and the upper cover includes upper grinding teeth disposed at intervals. The upper cover covers the lower cover and is rotatably connected to the lower cover, so as to grind meat through cooperation of the upper grinding teeth and the lower grinding teeth. At least one of the bottom cover and the upper cover includes blocking components disposed at intervals, and the blocking components are correspondingly disposed at at least one of a periphery of the lower grinding teeth and a periphery of the upper grinding teeth. In this way, meat is prevented from moving toward edges of the manual meat grinder in a meat grinding process, so as to improve a meat grinding effect.

A manual meat grinder is provided. The manual meat grinder includes a bottom cover and an upper cover. The bottom cover includes lower grinding teeth disposed at intervals, and the upper cover includes upper grinding teeth disposed at intervals. The upper cover covers the lower cover and is rotatably connected to the lower cover, so as to grind meat through cooperation of the upper grinding teeth and the lower grinding teeth. At least one of the bottom cover and the upper cover includes blocking components disposed at intervals, and the blocking components are correspondingly disposed at at least one of a periphery of the lower grinding teeth and a periphery of the upper grinding teeth. Compact manual coffee grinder machine, for domestic use
Disclosed is a manual coffee grinder machine for domestic use, of the compact and portable type, having a central body which integrates a hermetically sealed bean reservoir and is joined to a container for the ground powder, which is provided with a quick release clutch with magnets. The grinding unit acts on a horizontal rotation axis, with large-sized flat vertical grinders and an external actuating lever which is located on a side, with respect to the central body, so as to facilitate the introduction of the beans and improve stability during the grinding phase. The lever can be integrated in a retracted way with a snap overturning mechanism. The constructive configuration of the grinder machine optimizes the quality of grinding and the manual actuation, and it also improves the preservation of coffee and offers high efficiency and ease of use.
