A rotational speed governor is configured to drive the rotary drive of the rotor by comparing a measured rotor rotational speed with a target rotational speed value. A pilot control apparatus is configured to provide an additional target torque for driving the rotary drive. The additional target torque is based on values of a pressing force of at least one of the upper and lower punches input into the pilot control apparatus.

A tablet press comprises a gate that defines a first switching position that feeds tablets into a first tablet outlet and at least a second switching position that feeds tablets into at least one second tablet outlet. The table press further comprises a control apparatus and a drive apparatus. The drive apparatus is configured to be actuated by the control apparatus to move the gate from a home position defined as one of the first switching position and the at least a second switching position into a target position defined as a switching position that is not the home position. The gate is moved from the home switching position at a speed of movement toward the target position such that the speed of movement of the gate is reduced before the target position is reached.
PRESS MACHINE
A drive unit drives a slide which vertically reciprocates for pressing the workpiece. A detection unit detects positional information about the slide. A speed control unit controls the speed of the slide by the drive unit, based on motion information defining operation of the slide. A stoppage determination calculation unit sets a deceleration start point at which deceleration of the slide is to be started, based on the motion information and a set point at which the slide is to be forced to stop. A speed control unit determines whether an abnormality signal regarding transportation of the workpiece is input, when the slide reaches the deceleration start point based on the positional information about the slide detected by the detection unit. The speed control unit performs deceleration control for the slide so that the slide is stopped at the set point, when determining that the abnormality signal is input.

The invention relates to a method for producing a storable molded body made of bacterial cellulose and a molded body produced according to the method. A preferred method includes providing a molded body made of bacterial cellulose. Optionally, mechanically pressing the entire molded body or parts of the molded body at temperatures in the range of 10° C. to 100° C. and pressures in the range of 0.01 to 1 MPa for a pressing time of 10-200 min. Treating the molded body with a solution of 20% by weight to 50% by weight of glycerol and 50% by weight to 80% by weight of a C1-C3-alcohol/water mixture. Drying the treated molded body.
ROTARY PRESS AND METHOD FOR SETTING UP AND OPERATING A ROTARY PRESS
A rotary press comprises a rotor that can be rotated by a rotary drive. The rotor has an upper punch guide for upper press punches and a lower punch guide for lower press punches and a die plate arranged between the punch guides. The upper and lower press punches are configured interact with cavities of the die plate. A filling device loads filling material into cavities of the die plate and at least one measuring device coupled to the filling device for monitoring the availability of the filling material in the filling device. The rotary press further includes at least one upper pressing device and at least one lower pressing device that are configured to interact with the upper press punches and the lower press punches to press the filling material in the cavities of the die plate into a pellet. A pellet press having a motor with a motor housing and a rotor arranged rotatably in the housing. The rotor is a hollow shaft. A pressing mechanism has a pressing mold and pressing rolls arranged in the pressing mold. The rolls are fastened to a stationary shaft. The stationary shaft is arranged in the rotor designed as the hollow shaft. A mold holder is operationally connected to the pressing mold. The mold holder and the rotor are connected to each other by a shaft-hub connection such that a transmission of a torque of the rotor to the mold holder is ensured.
