Provided is a sizing apparatus including: a die set including a die plate that holds a die provided with a through hole to which a workpiece is to be supplied, and upper and lower punches that are to be inserted into the through hole to press the workpiece; a press main body that includes punch driving mechanisms that actuate the punches and in which the die set is configured to be attached to and detached from a predetermined position; and a turntable that is rotated on the die plate and supplies a workpiece to the die and discharges a workpiece from the die. The die set includes the turntable, and a supporting base on which the turntable is placed. The supporting base includes an axis positioning portion that is provided coaxially with a central axis of the turntable and positions the central axis at a predetermined position of the supporting base.
DUST SOLIDIFICATION APPARATUS
A dust solidification apparatus including a storage tank for storing dust; a forming member that is disposed at a lower portion of the storage tank, the forming member being provided with a forming hole to allow the dust in the storage tank to flow in; and a first rod and a second rod that are opposed to each other, wherein the first rod and the second rod are driven to reciprocate by advancing into and withdrawing from the forming hole, and advance into the forming hole to compress the dust in the forming hole, wherein the first rod includes a rod tip and a rod base. The axially vertical cross-section of the rod tip of the first rod is larger than the axially vertical cross-section of the rod base of the first rod and is made smaller than the axially vertical cross-section of the forming hole.
DUST SOLIDIFICATION APPARATUS
A dust solidification apparatus including a storage tank for storing dust; a forming member that is disposed at a lower portion of the storage tank, the forming member being provided with a forming hole to allow the dust in the storage tank to flow in; and a first rod and a second rod that are opposed to each other, wherein the first rod and the second rod are driven to reciprocate by advancing into and withdrawing from the forming hole, and advance into the forming hole to compress the dust in the forming hole, wherein the first rod includes a rod tip and a rod base. The axially vertical cross-section of the rod tip of the first rod is larger than the axially vertical cross-section of the rod base of the first rod and is made smaller than the axially vertical cross-section of the forming hole.
METHOD OF TABLETING, DEVICE FOR TABLETING AND SET FOR TABLETING
The first object of the invention is a method of tableting a tablet mass comprising components crystallizing in a tetrahedral and/or regular system and/or subjected to micronization or nanonization, carried out in the following steps: moving the punches, filling the die cavities and/or die cavity with a tablet mass, lowering the punches and/or punch and compressing a tablet mass, pushing the tablets and/or tablet out of the die cavity, pushing the tablets and/or tablet out of the die, characterized in that the pressure in the tablet press chamber is lowered in the range from −0.005 MPa to −0.15 MPa, wherein the lowering of the pressure in the tablet press chamber reduces the pressure in the tablet press die cavity. The second object of the invention is a device for tableting a tablet mass. Another object of the invention is a kit comprising a tablet mass tableting device, as defined in the second aspect of the invention, and a vacuum pump.
METHOD OF TABLETING, DEVICE FOR TABLETING AND SET FOR TABLETING

Another object of the invention is a kit comprising a tablet mass tableting device, as defined in the second aspect of the invention, and a vacuum pump.

A hot-press device includes: a heating furnace; a pair of punches which includes an upper punch and a lower punch provided in the heating furnace and vertically facing each other; a lower press ram which is connected to a lower surface of the lower punch; an upper press ram which is connected to an upper surface of the upper punch; and a pressing device which is connected to any one or both of the lower press ram and the upper press ram and presses the punch so that the pair of punches are close to each other, in which the lower press ram and/or the upper press ram includes a plurality of individual press rams which are disposed at intervals, each individual press ram having one end coupled to the pair of punches.

A hot-press device includes: a heating furnace; a pair of punches which includes an upper punch and a lower punch provided in the heating furnace and vertically facing each other; a lower press ram which is connected to a lower surface of the lower punch; an upper press ram which is connected to an upper surface of the upper punch; and a pressing device which is connected to any one or both of the lower press ram and the upper press ram and presses the punch so that the pair of punches are close to each other, in which the lower press ram and/or the upper press ram includes a plurality of individual press rams which are disposed at intervals, each individual press ram having one end coupled to the pair of punches.

The invention relates to a powder press (1) for producing a pressed article from a material that can be pressed, having a press frame (10), an upper and/or lower punch assembly (14) and a die assembly, which define a molding cavity, into which the material that can be pressed can be introduced, and an electric drive unit (12) which is operatively connected to the punch assemblies (14) and/or the die assembly, wherein, in order to mold the pressed article, the punch assemblies (14) and the die assembly can be moved relative to each other along a pressing axis (18) and pressed against each other by means of the electric drive unit (12). Furthermore, the operative connection between the electric drive unit (12) and one of the punch assemblies (14) comprises a toggle lever drive (16) which moves the punch assembly (14) into a pressing end position along the pressing axis (18).
