The system includes modules each including a conveying mechanism configured to convey a plurality of molded products P kept aligned, and a processing mechanism confronting a travel route of the molded products conveyed by the conveying mechanism and configured to apply a predetermined post process to each of the conveyed molded products, in which upstream one of the modules and downstream one of the modules are connected to allow the molded products having gone through certain processing at the upstream one of the modules to be delivered to the downstream one of the modules and be subjected to a different predetermined processing at one of the modules.
Safety rail for a rotary press
A rotary press comprising at least one pressing station having each of a vertically-adjustable upper and lower pressure roller, which are mounted by axes in the at least one pressing station. Cam-guided upper punches having punch heads are fed to the upper pressure roller by a control cam and a pull-up cam raises the upper punches to a highest point above a filling device. A vertically-adjustable safety cam is designed to be vertically adjustable in relation to the upper pressure roller. The rotary press may comprise a preliminary pressure cam, which is integrated in a guide block.
Press machine
There is provided a press machine capable of simplifying a slide drive mechanism. The press machine comprises: a slide supported so as to be reciprocally movable; a crankshaft arranged along a longitudinal direction of the slide and having a plurality of eccentric parts; a drive unit configured to rotate the crankshaft; a plurality of yokes and each provided to each of the eccentric parts of the crankshaft and configured to reciprocate, due to rotation of the crankshaft, along a moving direction of the slide; and a plurality of points each connects each of the yokes to the slide, wherein at least one of the plurality of yokes is connected to the slide via some of the plurality of points arranged along a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the crankshaft.
MOLDED PRODUCT PROCESSING SYSTEM
A molded product processing system is configured to apply a post process to a molded product molded by a compression-molding machine.
ROTARY PRESS HAVING RAMS WITH AT LEAST TWO HEIGHT-STAGGERED RAM TIPS FOR CARRYING OUT A PLURALITY OF PRESSING OPERATIONS DURING A ROTATION
The invention relates to a rotary press having height-staggered ram tips for carrying out at least two pressing operations, which preferably build on one another. Furthermore, the invention relates particularly to rotary presses and methods for producing multi-layer and coating-core tablets and for pressing tablets into cups during a rotation.
Rotary tablet press comprising a turret and a method of providing improved adjustment of parts of the rotary tablet press
The rotary tablet press has a housing including a compression section (6) with a turret (10) including a die disc (40), a top punch guide (20), a bottom punch guide (30), and a plurality of punches (25, 35). The turret (10) defines an axial direction (a) and a radial direction (r), the punches being arranged at a predefined radius defining a pitch (p) of the turret. The rotary tablet press comprises a bearing assembly (50) connected to the turret (10) and providing support to at least one auxiliary component of the rotary tablet press and the bearing assembly comprises a bearing (51) and a support means (60) for the at least one auxiliary component, and the bearing (51) is positioned outside the pitch (p) of the turret in the radial direction (r).
FOOD COMPRESSING DEVICES AND METHODS TO USE THE SAME
A food processing tool for extracting a consumable food product from a food item can include a first reamer having an outer surface, with the food item positioned on the first reamer, and a second reamer having an interior surface. The food processing tool can also include a drive mechanism fixedly coupled to the second reamer, where the drive mechanism can move the second reamer toward the first reamer so that the interior surface of the second reamer contacts the food item to compress the food item. The compression of the food item can alter a shape of the food item to a substantially flat shape and produce the consumable food product. The food processing tool can also include a receptacle sized and shaped to receive the consumable food product. Related methods for using the food processing tool are also provided.
AUTOMATED PIN ANVIL PRESS FOR CONNECTING A WORKPIECE PAIR
